About the Role:
We are seeking a highly technical Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on assessing technical environments, performing audits, identifying gaps, and driving best-practice recommendations across multiple client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Familiarity with security and governance frameworks is a plus.

What You’ll Do
NPI Sourcing Analyst – Role is responsible for driving sourcing strategy and supplier engagement for new product introductions within a defined region (i.e. North America). This role owns regional sourcing while partnering globally to ensure cost, capacity, risk, and localization objectives are met from concept through product launch. The position balances NPI execution with long-term regional supply base development and strategic sourcing initiatives.

- Lead regional sourcing activities for new products from concept through launch and ramp-up.
- Engage regional and global suppliers early in the design phase to support DFM, DFC, and supplier-led innovation.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and innovative projects, utilizing your skills in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering, AutoCAD, Revit, and more.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and will have had hands-on experience with MEP projects.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the design and management of various projects, ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for construction projects, utilizing your expertise in AutoCAD and Revit.
Ensure all designs and projects adhere to local building codes.
Manage MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes.
Utilize your HVAC Engineering skills to design efficient and effective heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Contribute to the development of sustainable construction projects, demonstrating a commitment to environmental responsibility.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Actively participate in project meetings and reviews, providing expert advice and guidance where necessary.
Continually monitor the latest industry trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications: BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering required 8 + years of HVAC engineering experience Good working knowledge of IMC, IECC and Chicago Building Codes Ability to perform Energy Modeling using TRACE, eQUEST or other programs a plus Good understanding of ASHRAE Standards, especially 55, 90.1 & 62.1 Experience in projects with sustainable solutions and LEED certifications a plus PE.
