Position Overview

The organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Automation Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on field experience, in-depth technical knowledge of Rockwell Automation platforms, and the ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced industrial environments.

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification (required)
• 5-10 years of hands-on field service experience in industrial automation
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• Strong experience with Rockwell Automation PLC platforms
• Proficiency with FactoryTalk ME and SE for HMI/SCADA development and support
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Ability to read and interpret:
• Electrical schematics
• Wiring diagrams
• Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Strong electrical, controls, and systems integration troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time‑management abilities
• Ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced, high‑demand environments

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, commission, and service industrial automation systems
• Program, troubleshoot, and modify Rockwell PLC systems
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA applications using FactoryTalk ME/SE
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to VFDs, control panels, instrumentation, and field devices
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs to support field activities
• Provide on‑site technical support and training to customers

• Experienced HR systems technical leader with a strong background in Workday HCM and related modules (Core HR, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.).
• Deep expertise in Workday integrations (Workday Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions).
• Skilled at designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday technical architecture and ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

Role Overview:

• Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for HR systems with a focus on Workday integrations, automation, and optimization.
• Oversee the technical design, development, and deployment of Workday solutions, ensuring best practices for system performance, security, and data integrity.
• Serve as the technical authority for Workday integrations with payroll providers, benefits vendors, finance systems, and other enterprise platforms.
• Partner with HR, other IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure Workday solutions are fully optimized to enhance employee experience, compliance, and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of Workday technical specialists, providing direction on integration frameworks, release management, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce technical standards and best practices for Workday system design, integrations, and upgrades.
• Oversee and also provide hands-on development and support of Workday integrations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Analyze and optimize the current HR systems landscape, recommending technical enhancements and automation opportunities.

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and Web Services.

• Agile delivery experience; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Kanban is a plus.

While this position will recruit for a variety of positions, there is a particular emphasis on technical recruiting for the Life Sciences industries. • System integration and test support, possibly including live fire test events

What You Will Learn:

Qualifications You Must Have:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained by start date

The Raytheon Hardware Engineering (HWE) Organization leads the mechanical-electrical hardware design, development and production of critical defense systems. The Radar Mechanical Design Department leads mechanical design, development, and integration of some of the most innovative land-based and shipboard radars in the world. This includes phased array radar systems, electronic modules, pedestals, and power and liquid cooling systems. The department comprises individuals with technical expertise and experience in all phases of hardware design, integration, and production support.

This role is for a Principal Cooling Systems Engineer to support cooling and hydraulic systems used in a variety of harsh environmental military applications. Our primary role is to design and support the fabrication, testing, and installation of custom liquid-cooled systems for radars. We also support custom air-cooling of power and communication shelters.

What You Will Do

• Working collaboratively with our customers to establish cooling systems requirements
• Mechanical design, analysis, and documentation of cooling hardware and systems                     
• Selection of components including pumps and heat exchangers
• Drawing generation, drawing release, and drawing change incorporation
• Resolution of change requests from manufacturing or suppliers
• Provide technical conscience, challenged with making sure the product and process meet appropriate standards and requirements.
• Factory and supplier support of product integration domestically and internationally

Qualifications You Must Have

•   Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in the fields of Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, and/or Heat Transfer
