Position Summary:
Develops process plans and designs for the manufacturing of our parts and tools under direct supervision. Typically holds 0-3 Years of relevant engineering experience.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
· Transfers customer data sets and generates drawings for estimates using CAD tools and others available software.
· Creates forging drawings and 3D models from customer drawings and models using CAD tools.
· Creates drawings and 3D models necessary for the manufacture of the dies and forging tools using the CAD tools and instruction from the engineering manager
· Performs area, volume and weight calculations using CAD tools.
· Creates detailed operation sequence and Standard Work documentation necessary for the production process per the process information provided by the supervising engineer.
· Performs simple inspection procedures to dimensionally check dies and forgings.
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, blueprints and specifications.
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, managers, and shop personnel.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Procurement & Purchasing Coordinator to support our engineering and accounts payable teams within a fast-paced EV charging infrastructure environment.
In this role, you will act as the key operational link between engineering and AP, managing the full purchase order (PO) lifecycle- from supplier onboarding through to PO creation, tracking, and closure. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position suited to someone who can quickly adapt, communicate effectively across teams, and bring structure to procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate supplier onboarding in collaboration with engineering and AP, including collection and verification of required documentation (W-9s, insurance, banking details, etc.)
- Create, issue, and track purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and line items
- Act as the primary point of contact between engineering and AP for all PO-related queries and escalations
- Monitor open POs and proactively follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and invoicing
- Partner with AP to match invoices to POs (3-way matching) and resolve discrepancies
- Manage PO amendments, change orders, and extensions as project needs evolve
- Support PO closure, confirming receipt of goods/services and obtaining necessary approvals
- Maintain accurate procurement records within ERP/procurement systems
- Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, or compliance gaps

Required Experience & Skills

Role Overview
The Product Development Manager is responsible for managing the product development lifecycle from initial concept through manufacturing handoff. The role partners closely with the Production team, who manage mass manufacturing and are actively involved throughout sampling, validation, and factory ramp-up.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Lifecycle
- Manage product development from concept ideation → design → engineering → sampling → testing protocol → manufacturing handoff
- Guide product development with an omni-channel mindset, accounting for the differing needs of DTC, marketplace, and big-box retail
- Work closely with the production team to manage development timelines aligned with retail line reviews, marketplace launch windows, and DTC drops

Concept & Design Development

Sampling & Factory Collaboration

Manufacturing Handoff
- Own the final handoff to Production once a product is development-complete

- Support Production during early manufacturing runs to ensure design intent, quality, and channel requirements are maintained
Compliance, Testing & Retail Readiness
- Ensure products comply with all relevant U.S. and international safety standards (e.g., ASTM, CPSIA, Prop 65)
- Work with production team to account for retailer-specific compliance, packaging, labeling, and testing requirements
- Partner with testing labs and internal teams to manage certifications, warnings, and documentation for all sales channels
Cross-Functional & Omni-Channel Management
- Serve as the central hub between Design, Production, Sourcing, Marketing, E-commerce, and Retail partners
- Communicate channel-specific tradeoffs, timelines, and risks clearly to leadership
- Help build scalable product development systems that support rapid DTC launches and large retail programs simultaneously
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in product development, ideally within consumer products, outdoor goods, inflatables, or adjacent categories
- Proven experience guiding products from concept through manufacturing handoff
- Experience developing products for multiple sales channels, including DTC, Amazon, and/or big-box retail

Responsibilities
Information Professional Officers (IPOs) oversee the seamless operation of the global Naval network environment. Their responsibilities include:
- Leading the Naval network warfare missions in developing tactics and procedures to realize tactical, strategic and business advantages afloat and ashore
- Driving interoperability with joint, allied and coalition partners
- Building professional excellence through education, training and certification and milestone qualifications
- Optimizing organizational effectiveness through cutting-edge technologies, knowledge management techniques and a culture of innovation
- Helping to develop and deploy information systems, command and control and space systems
- Serving as a key part of the Information Dominance Corps in its mission to gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of adversaries
- Overseeing the work of Information Systems Technicians - Enlisted Sailors (no degree required) who serve as specialists in information technology
Work Environment
Information Professionals serve in challenging roles of increasing scope and responsibility both afloat and ashore. This could include:
- Serving as part of Battle Group staffs on ships at sea
- Working in C4I/Space/Surveillance on shore tours
- Serving on major Navy and joint staffs
- Serving in command of key communication and surveillance facilities around the globe
Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Upon completion, candidates typically attend a five-week IP Basic Course of instruction in Pensacola, FL, before or during their initial assignment. IPOs must complete specific qualifications as part of their training during Fleet tours and are expected to pursue advanced education opportunities.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian sector.
Education Opportunities

Beyond professional credentials and certifications, Information Professional Officers can advance their education by:
- Pursuing opportunities at institutions such as Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) or Navy War College (NWC)
- Completing Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) at one of the various service colleges
Postgraduate education is important to the success of the Information Professional. Most IPs will complete a master's degree in C4I, space, information systems, computer science or modeling and simulation.
There's also potential to pursue a graduate certificate, DoW certifications, federal executive fellowships and information assurance scholarships and internships.
Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. Candidates seeking an Information Professional Officer position must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field, preferably in one of following fields: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Operations, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, General Engineering.
All candidates must also be: U.S. citizens, willing to serve worldwide, eligible for a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and qualified for sea duty.
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving, whether you've served before or whether you've never served before.
Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as an Information Professional Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.
Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve serve in an Officer role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with this job, initial training requirements must first be met.
For current or former Navy Officers (NAVET): Prior experience satisfies the initial leadership training requirement - so you will not need to go through Officer Training again.
Officers who previously held a commission in another United States Military Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Public Health Service, or United States Coast Guard are exempt from attending ODS or LDO/CWO Academy.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project administration and operational coordination within a fast-paced environment. This role will assist with project documentation, communication, and tracking while working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage a high-volume shared inbox, responding to requests and routing inquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Communicate with internal teams through Microsoft Teams messaging to coordinate project updates and requests.
- Prepare and compile project documentation and packets, ensuring materials are complete and distributed accurately.
- Perform data entry and job code tracking, maintaining accurate records and project status updates.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for sorting, filtering, and basic tracking of project data.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and warehouse staff to help move projects through different stages.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation, ensuring proper version control of project files.
- Provide general administrative and project support as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting technical, engineering, or manufacturing teams.
- Ability to review or interpret engineering drawings is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling project numbers and job codes.
- Comfortable working in an operational or warehouse-adjacent environment.
