Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project management activities including planning, initiation, coordination, and execution of capital and operating projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience delivering capital projects in complex environments (e.g., high-rise, transportation, or large commercial infrastructure)
- Strong understanding of design and construction processes across multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, MEP, civil)
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality

This individual will play a critical role in overseeing and inspecting electrical construction work across a variety of systems, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
The Electrical Inspector will work closely with project management, engineering, and construction teams to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, review contractor documentation, and provide recommendations to maintain project quality and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect electrical construction work associated with aeronautical lighting systems, 5kV systems, electrical substations/regulators, high-tension systems, Fiber Optic communication infrastructure, fire alarm systems, and other electrical-based work.
- Review plans and specifications for constructability and compliance with codes and contract requirements.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, daily narratives, controlled inspection reports, and time/material documentation.

Job Summary: As a Project Manager at IEF, you will be accountable for successfully executing assigned projects from the contract award through project closeout. This includes managing schedules, budgets, client relationships, and internal coordination across engineering, production, procurement, and field operations. The Project Manager serves as the central point of accountability to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Accountabilities:

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $90,360 to $110,440 annually. Title and compensation will be determined based on experience and may align to either the Project Developer or Senior Project Developer level. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable).
