Title: Manufacturing Technician (1st shift)

Position Summary
- This role is responsible for meeting daily customer demand and production schedules. The Manufacturing Technician I ensures safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
- The Manufacturing Technician I will assemble products by using a variety of specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly produce/assemble/test medical devices.
- Work with Manufacturing Lead and/or Specialist to ensure customer demand and the production schedules are met.
- Participate in basic problem-solving activities to ensure stable operation of the work cell.
- Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor to Manufacturing Lead or Production Supervisor.
- Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete standard work.
- Participate in DBS concepts and continuous improvement activities within designated work area.
- Sustain 5S activities by maintaining a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Participate as an active member of the production team and assist in product processing.
- Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company's Quality System.
- Complete required documentation relating to regulatory requirements.
- Qualifications: Minimum Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or some work experience.
- Ability to read and follow documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
- Ability to work with others collaboratively.
- Preferred:
- GMP knowledge
- Medical device manufacturing experience.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in areas that may contain adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes.

About the Role
As the Operations Analyst, you are a data-driven problem solver and operational thought partner. You have deep experience in transforming complex, messy data into actionable insights, a strong understanding of operational processes, KPIs, and performance measurement, and a proven track record of building analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting that enable operations leaders to execute more effectively. This role is critical to improving decision-making, streamlining operations, and strengthening Curio’s ability to scale through insight-driven execution.
**This role is for candidates who reside within 60 miles of our 9th Street SE office in Minneapolis, MN**
You will be handed messy data regarding complex problems with general guidance about what insights would be helpful, but little prescriptive direction on next steps or how to solve the underlying issue. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to make an immediate impact and develop quickly in their career.
What You’ll Do
- Work deeply within data and systems, becoming intimately familiar with how our business systems (ERP, Data warehouse, etc.) function
- Leverage data from the multiple sources and systems to create insights and analytics leveraging tools like Excel, SQL and PowerBI that equip functional teams with insights and tools to measure and improve their processes
- Create systems and reports that enable efficient internal data communications
- Execute scrappy analyses on short timelines to answer questions quickly, while also identifying and developing more scalable solutions that will make CURiO successful in the long term
- Collaborate across functions and learn CURiO’s business top-to-bottom. You will engage with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Experience, Finance, Engineering, Brand Marketing, Sales, and more.

What You Bring
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience working in an omnichannel retail and/or manufacturing within supply chain, internal operations, or business analyst role.
- Experience supporting forecasting, inventory, demand, sales, or other business planning analysis
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with information systems, data, BI/Data Visualization, reporting and analytics
- Exposure to ERP systems and BI tools preferred, with the ability and willingness to learn new platforms quickly.

About the Role
As a Product Designer, you are passionate creative, responsible for developing products and packaging for CURiO Brands that are innovative, beautiful, safe, and sellable to end consumers. You have a strong artist hand and are confident in illustration, painting, and other traditional mediums. What You’ll Do
Design & Concept:
- Collaborate with Product Design Manager and team, along with Brand to research and concept new product ideas.
- Develop mood boards for new product collections and product formats.
- Push creative boundaries to drive great design and strong innovation.
- Proactively research market trends and innovation opportunities.
- Work with vendors to source and develop new techniques and manufacturing capabilities.
- Prepare creative presentations and present concepts to internal brand team and external customers.
- Demonstrate systematic approach in designs for varying structures, materials, sizes and product types.

- Create 3D renderings, recommend dimensions, and determine materials for product and packaging.

- Participate in the approval of prototype samples for style details, construction, safety, and usability. Organize and label incoming samples and approved counters.

Responsibilities:

Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Trade Manager, Foodservice based in Minneapolis, MN or Buffalo, NY preferably.
The Trade Manager for our Foodservice business at Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. (Yoplait, GoGurt, Oui, Ratio, Mountain High) is the financial engine behind our entire Foodservice commercial operation. This leader is responsible for the overall strategic design, financial modeling, governance, and control of all trade promotional funding and spending across every Foodservice channel of business. This includes managing trade spend for National Broadliners (e.g., Sysco, US Foods), National Chains, Power Regional Distributors, Buying Groups (UniPro), FMCs/GPOs, and all highly regulated channels (WIC, K-12). The primary objective is to maximize the Return on Investment (ROI) of every trade dollar, ensure forecasting accuracy, and instill best-in-class trade compliance and deduction management practices across the sales organization.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Trade Investment Strategy & Planning: Own the annual and quarterly trade budget for the entire Foodservice P&L. Design, model, and recommend optimal trade structures by channel (Broadline, Chain, Regional, FMC, GPO, WIC/K-12) to align with commercial objectives and maximize net revenue.
Trade Governance & Compliance: Establish, document, and enforce company policies for all trade spending. Serve as the gatekeeper for all exceptions, ensuring that programs align with legal requirements, internal controls, and trade reporting standards.
Trade System Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end functionality and data integrity of the Trade Management system. Drive continuous improvement in trade planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities across the organization.

The Sales Representative is a growth-focused role responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding NuSil's presence in the medical device industry within an assigned territory.

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$86,250.00 - $146,912.50This reflects base salary.
This position is subject to incentive compensation, where the expected pre-tax Target Cash Opportunity ("TCO") for this position is based on the achieved sales and in the amount/range of,
$123,250.00 - $209,875.00Actual Pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and eligible geographic location.
TCO is defined as Base Salary + Target Sales Incentive (Sales Incentive eligible role only).

As a Forklift Tire Technician, you will give input for customer service and operational improvement. What you'll do- In-house and onsite installation of forklift and other material handling tires using a hydraulic tire press.
- Dismount, mount tires, and service the customer product as specified by the customer order.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure cleanliness of all equipment including service vehicles.
- Report to the Service Manager immediately any material that does not meet quality standards, equipment that requires maintenance, delays at customer sites, potential issues with customer equipment before servicing, accidents or concerns about safety or other potential hazards.

HDR Engineering is currently seeking Project Managers/Routing and Siting Leads to join our growing and nationally ranked team of Environmental and Power Delivery professionals in our North Central Region (the states of CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, SD, WI, WY).
Primary Responsibilities:
In the role of a Project Manager/Routing and Siting Lead, we'll count on you to:
- Lead renewables and substation siting efforts as well as transmission line routing and siting for projects HDR's North Central Region.
- The ideal candidate has prior experience managing and providing technical leadership on projects and is looking for a broader, leadership role overseeing all aspects of larger and more complex projects.
- Candidates have the desire and drive to grow a high-performing team to help execute these projects.
- The candidate must have a strong background in environmental and related site development services pertaining to the power industry.
- The position will focus on transmission line routing and siting, primarily in HDR's North Central Region but also in other Regions as needed.
- The position encompasses a client focus, networking and establishing client relationships, developing leads, and strategic thinking in future directions for both our clients and programs.

- Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as a client manager for select clients.

Position Summary:
Produces machined parts by operating a Lathe computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Inspects products during the machining operation to determine if parts meet specifications, complying with established standards and methods for inspection, testing, evaluation and calibration
- Follow all job work order instructions
- Must be able to run more than one machine where cycle time permits
- Complete all required shop floor documentation for the job including both part-dimensional and visual inspection
