The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team discipline is seeking a Test Architect to support the NASAMS® surface to air defense system programs. The Test Architect (TA) will be accountable for architecting a technically sound approach for the Test and Evaluation (T&E) strategy for the entire lifecycle of the product along with influencing the prime item architecture to support that strategy.

 

What You Will Do

• Responsible for test strategy for all aspects of the program and defines metrics to gauge progress.

• Responsible for defining or optimizing test environments and requirements to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Responsible for interface and coordination with internal and external organizations on test strategy, coordination, execution, and reporting activities.

• Extensive interaction with Program Managers, Directorate Leads, Chief Engineers, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Coordinate with other program disciplines to draw on their SMEs to address emergent issues across the systems, software, and hardware domains.

• Represent the interests of the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) discipline on the program.

• Interface with the customer community on a regular basis to share test status, issues, and address programmatic concerns.

• Knowledge base for Model Based Systems Engineering and how to use this in Integration and Test for test strategy.

• International travel up to 20%, Regular travel between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire is required.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience

• Experience with formal system test activities, including ground tests, flight tests, system verification, and system integration check out events

• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance after start.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Excellent technical writing and formal presentation experience

• Strong proven communication skills

• Raytheon Test Architect Certification

• Experience with Department of War or similar major programs throughout the product lifecycle

Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Sr. Principal RF Module Design/Development Engineer to join our Module Development Section with the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department as a technical lead. The AMS department designs, fabricates, and tests state-of-the-art Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) in our on-site foundry. These chips are designed into custom modules to support multiple programs and enhance the capabilities of next generation radar systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical design and development of RF/microwave modules containing GaAs- and GaN-based monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) products. This would be in active support of existing technologies in production as well as next generation products in development. This position requires a strong academic background and experience in RF/Microwave Design, Development, Integration & Test.

What You Will Do:

• Designing RF structures and transitions on multi-layer, multi-channel RF Modules and analog circuitry enabling both receive and transmit behavior

• Consulting across RF module design, MMIC design and assembly teams

• Troubleshooting RF Modules that are prototyped and under development

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) Field and Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience (An advanced STEM degree could count for 3 years of experience) with Microwave/RF module, subsystem and component analysis, design, and test

• The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

• A Master’s degree or PhD. in a Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) Field 

• Experience leading teams and/or projects

• Experience in module/sub-system assembly & packaging process

• Experience in thermal modeling and analysis.

• Experience of different topology trade-offs, process and active/passive component selection, system/sub-system level, gain-loss analysis and flowing down requirements from the system to the component level

• Hands-on experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST.

• Layout experience in Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition, Cadence Virtuoso or AutoCAD

• Experience with analytical tools such as Matlab, Python, or JMP

• Experience in cost estimating, budget and schedule management

• Understanding of allocating and flowing down requirements from the system to the component level

• Experience in a production environment

• Experience with microwave testing techniques, including using spectrum analyzers, Real-time Spectrum Analyzers (RSAs), Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) and Performance Network Analyzer (PNAs)

• Experience with GaAs and/or GaN MMIC devices

• Current DoD Secret level security clearance

The Principal Product Engineer will learn the technical aspect of key product in the Andover, MA factory. In this role you will collaborate internally across functions and externally with our industry partners and U.S. Government customers to plan, prepare and execute Product Acceptance Testing and System Demonstration of the NASAMS Fire Unit. This position reports into the overall NASAMS SI&T Cross Product Team Lead.

What You Will Do:

• Support the test architect in the integration and test strategy development and implementation to include metric collection and tracking.

• Support the development and review of test plans and test procedures.

• Support the planning, preparations, and conduct and product acceptance, system demonstration, and System Integration and Checkout (SICO) events.

• Identify and coordinate resources required for execution of demonstration and test events.

• Responsible for providing technical assistance to the program SI&T CPT lead to include development of technical briefings for program and engineering leadership.

Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Principal MMIC and Module Design Engineer to join Raytheon’s RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services department in Andover, MA. This department develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications. The successful candidate will develop state-of-the-art MMIC and module products that support air and missile defense systems and radars. Using advanced semiconductor and module technologies, they will be responsible for the complete product cycle of the MMIC, including concept, design, layout, test, evaluation, and interfacing with the customer.

What You Will Do:

• Develop insights that extend your knowledge in the MMIC design field and form the basis of new concepts, theories, and products
• Design RF structures and transitions on multi-layer, multi-channel RF Modules and analog circuitry enabling both receive and transmit behavior

• Act independently to troubleshoot, and uncover and resolve issues

Manufacturing Engineers develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying products and manufacturing methods. Manufacturing Engineers design, control, and improve the manufacturing process and system design through a collaborative effort with the value stream team. What You Will Do

• Develop, maintain, and review Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including assembly instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool and fixture designs

• Support a manufacturing area as part of cross-functional team by guiding the production team through process troubleshooting and incorporation of engineering changes into the MDP

• Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis as required

• Drive Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect) using CORE principles and data driven decision making

• Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators; in-house as well as the supply base.

Job Summary:

The RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services Department at Raytheon in Andover, MA, is currently seeking a Principal Electro-Mechanical Engineer to develop leading-edge miniaturized 3DHI sensors and systems to enable future generation technologies across Raytheon.

A rapidly growing consulting firm is seeking a Regional Safety Consultant based in Minneapolis, to service clients in the region (primarily in construction industries). This role will require 80% regional travel to client sites, with the remaining 20% remote/home-based. The role:

• Act as a safety advisor to construction clients, providing regulatory technical guidance on OSHA 1926 and other safety regulations.
• Assist with permitting, monitoring, and reporting in compliance with local and federal agencies.
• Conduct incident investigations and audits; recommend corrective/preventative measures where indicated.
• Develop, write, and edit OSHA-compliance safety programs.
• Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction rates.

The candidate:

• 3+ years of safety experience in a construction environment
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Candidates with relative years of experience and no degree will also be considered
• Proven expertise in OSHA 1926
• Ability to travel frequently to client sites, including overnight stays (1-3 overnight stays per month)

The Project Development Engineer is a senior, client-facing technical leader responsible for shaping early-stage facility and capital projects from concept through approval. This role serves as a strategic advisor to clients, bridging vision, technical feasibility, and financial discipline. The position requires executive presence, strong consultative instincts, and the ability to translate complex building and infrastructure considerations into clear, actionable recommendations that drive long-term value.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to clients during early project development and planning phases.
• Partner closely with client executives and internal commercial leaders to support project visioning, feasibility, and decision-making.
• Lead site assessments and facility walk-throughs to identify risks, opportunities, and value-enhancing solutions.
• Translate complex technical analyses into clear, client-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Bridge sales, technical design, and delivery teams to align vision, scope, budget, and execution strategy.
• Guide group decision-making through strong facilitation, presence, and communication.
• Independently manage project development efforts from initial concept through client approval.
• Develop comprehensive analyses related to building systems, site development, and facility performance.
• Balance innovative problem-solving with practical budget constraints and technical realities.
• Build and sustain long-term, trust-based client relationships through consistent delivery and credibility.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, design, and delivery teams to advance projects toward implementation.
• Contribute to organizational reputation by shaping client visions into achievable, value-driven facility solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in building planning, site development, pre-construction design, and construction across building systems.
• Broad technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building envelope systems.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience building trust-based client relationships through strong communication and executive presence.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to guide group decision-making.
• Experience supporting K–12 facilities, educational programs, or capital planning initiatives is preferred.
• Background in energy analysis, utility evaluation, or energy savings calculations is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE), AIA, or comparable professional certification is preferred.
• Consultative mindset with a balance of creativity, analytical rigor, and fiscal responsibility.
