Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and daily project tracking.
- Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain project logs, meeting minutes, RFIs, and status reports.
- Assist with permitting, compliance documentation, and utility‑specific reporting requirements.
- Help manage material tracking, work orders, and workflow updates.
Data Analysis
- Collect, clean, and analyze project data from multiple systems (GIS, ERP, scheduling tools, field reports).
- Build dashboards, spreadsheets, and visual reports to support decision‑making.

- Identify data inconsistencies and work with teams to correct or clarify information.

Cross‑Functional Support

Qualifications

ABOUT THE JOB:
The Construction Estimator will be responsible for accurate quantity surveys, preparation of subcontractor and vendor work scopes, quote analysis, and estimating the cost of self-perform work. The Estimator will be a self-starter and work efficiently with some supervision. The Estimator must be able to meet critical deadlines and have the ability to work as part of a team. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
- Aid in developing full-scope cost estimates based on proposal documentation on a variety of negotiated bids, hard bids, design-build and GMP projects for various public and private clients
- Interpret and analyze project drawings and technical specifications, proposals and other documentation
- Responsible for accurate, detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings and technical specifications
- Assist in developing the initial project plan and project execution schedule
- Responsible for the preparation and documentation of project estimate following estimating policy and procedures
- Prepare detailed, comprehensive subcontractor and vendor work scopes
- Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations
- Analyze and compare subcontractor and vendor quotations. Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for clarification of issues and scope
- Present and promote work product and findings to senior and executive management
- Perform research for means and methods, materials, costs and construction techniques and services
- Perform site visits on pursuits and ongoing projects, attend industry trade and outreach events
- Assist project team with quantity takeoff, pricing and bidding of construction projects and various disciplines of the project

· Submits 100% of bids and budgets by the bid deadline

QUALIFICATIONS:

As an Offer Management Pricing Analyst at Granite Telecommunications, the role will focus on coordinating the company's efforts in creating customer quote proposals. Offer Management Pricing Analyst's will work closely with the Premier and Sales Department to ensure pricing accuracy of all quote proposals and meeting the pricing needs of current or potential customers. General Summary of Position:
This position is for a telecommunications, structured cabling, and technology Field Service Technician. The job will consist of completing various cable runs, hardware moves, adds, changes and "smart hands" installations for Granite customers, primarily within a 50-mile service area radius. Description:
You will be the Electrical Wiring Fabricator (Fabrication) for the team which is responsible for soldering, final bench assembling, and continuity checking aircraft electrical radio and radar assemblies.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Electrical Wiring Fabricator (Fabrication), you will be responsible for setting up and operating automated wire processing machines to number, cut, strip, lug, and otherwise process wire for use in electrical parts, assemblies, and accessories.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling and wiring completely aircraft electrical, radio, and radar units such as main junction and terminal boxes, main engine disconnect plug, main control, switch panels, radio panels, and instrument panels
- Completing hookup of wiring, flexes, and cables, and troubleshooting electrical and radio assemblies having multiple interconnected units and accessories
- Forming and running harnesses, breaking out and terminating wiring to terminal points where wire routing and location of electrical units and accessories are established by jig board layouts
- Making continuity checks (including necessary operation) of above assemblies and harnesses as required, and selling same to inspection
- Fabricating completely hi-voltage radio and radar cables that require the soldering of multiple wires, shields, tubes, connectors, pins, washers, spacers, and cores

Who You Are
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced electrical wiring fabricator with a strong knowledge of electrical wiring and fabrication processes. You will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, wire cards, and production illustrations, and the ability to work with automated wire processing machines.
