Salary Range

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 10+ Project Managers providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Develop and implement PMO standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with PMI guidelines
- Manage defined projects to meet expectations, achieve business outcomes, and adhere to quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project risks and challenges
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance project management practices
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in project management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for project teams
Basic Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of experience managing people
- PMP Certification
- Four (4) year degree or equivalent military experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Eight plus (8+) years of hands-on experience managing projects
- PMI DASM (Disciplined Agile Scrum Master), GAQM CPD (Certified Project Director)

Facility is seeking CRNA to join team
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:30p (reserved emergent OR block at 7:00a for any overnight cases that come in and can wait until morning)
- Setting: Inpatient; Hospital OR is only site
- Practice Staffing Model: Increased census due to expanding service lines; currently 5 physicians (including Chief) and would like to increase to 6 physicians; 5 CRNA?s and would like to increase to 6 CRNA?s
- Call Required: CRNA takes 2nd call and back up emergency cases, monitoring OB, etc.; 1-week day/week and 1 weekend/month (ideally call would be 1:6); rarely get called in, additional compensation for coming in for case
- Types of Procedures/Cases: Approximate volume of 900 annual inpatient OR cases and 5,000 annual outpatient cases (including endoscopy); approximately 450 births per year; max of 7 anesthesia sites at any given time (4 OR/3 endo suites); bread and butter cases including the following specialties: Bariatrics, non-invasive Cardiology, ENT including healthy pediatrics, General Surgery, GI, Orthopedics, Urology and OBGYN.
