Principal Program Manager, Informatics

In search of Principal Program Manager, Informatics to provide strategic leadership for large-scale clinical informatics and health IT programs within a federal setting. This position requires extensive experience in clinical informatics, enterprise IT program/portfolio management, and organizational transformation across complex environments with multiple stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

- Background leading diverse IT programs—both large-scale and smaller efforts—within complex environments
- Strong understanding of full SDLC processes and best practices
- Experience with enterprise architecture, network engineering, and long-term IT strategic planning
- Hands-on experience implementing SAFe Lean-Agile frameworks in enterprise contexts
- Demonstrated ability to manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk consistent with PMBOK and PMI guidelines
- Strong executive communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage senior leadership
- PMP or PgMP certification desired

Position Purpose
We are seeking an ambitious and accomplished Account Executive, Data Sales to drive revenue growth for EIU’s data and API products within the Financial Services sector across The US.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets in selling data, APIs or DaaS s into Financial Services.
- Proven success selling data products to the buy side and sell side.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, asset management, or insurance workflows, and how data drives decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in licensing and commercial models underpinning enterprise data distribution.
- Established relationships across global financial institutions.
- Exceptional consultative sales and solution-selling capabilities with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to grasp complex API/data offerings and articulate them in clear, commercial terms.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from USD $140,000-$160,000 (plus a generous commission structure - double OTE). It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Rather, salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus based on role and level.

Database Engineering and Support: Provide database engineering and support services as needed for current, legacy, and new system development.
This support may include elicitation of user data requirements, development of data and information models and architectures, implementation of data architecture in standard and customized systems, database administration, loading, migration, and documentation.
Application Design and Development: Design, code, and test new database-driven applications using Adobe, ColdFusion, Dreamweaver, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Microsoft InfoPath, Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets.
Application Maintenance: Provide maintenance of existing applications by implementing enhancements or resolving software errors.
Ensure all security protocols and systems are in place and operational, and that databases operate in compliance with security and Department of State (DOS) requirements and regulations.
Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: Web developers will hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Coursework often includes programming, database management, mathematics, Web design and networking.

Physical Setting: Onsite Schedule and Flexibility: Domestic office hours are 8:15 a.m.
