The Engineering Leader is responsible for leading the Design Engineering organization across the company and ensuring consistent, high-quality, and profitable project delivery. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering Operations, this role oversees Engineering Managers and Design Engineering teams, driving accountability, operational efficiency, and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
A core focus of this position is ensuring Design and Project Engineers are positioned to perform their highest-value work-developing client relationships, shaping execution strategies, and ensuring system accuracy and expected functionality. This role partners closely with Engineering Documentation leadership to ensure documentation and support workflows are effectively leveraged, allowing Design Engineering resources to remain focused on technical leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Own the performance, development, and accountability of Engineering Managers leading Design Engineering teams, setting clear expectations and holding leaders responsible for team results, delivery quality, and professional growth.
- Establish and sustain a culture of ownership and accountability across the engineering organization by defining measurable standards for project delivery, documentation quality, and client satisfaction, and addressing performance gaps directly.
- Drive engineering efficiency and profitability by identifying misaligned workflows, reducing non-value-added engineering effort, and ensuring appropriate use of engineering support and documentation resources.

- Ensure Engineers are consistently focused on client relationship development, execution planning, technical accuracy, and system functionality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain visibility into presales pipeline and active project lifecycle status, comparing as-sold versus as-delivered labor, identifying value-engineering opportunities, and supporting financial performance improvement.
- Collaborate with Field and Fabrication Services and Project Management leadership to align engineering capacity with project demand, participating in resource planning and ensuring engineering support meets business needs.
- Establish, enforce, and audit engineering standards and delivery processes that support consistent, high-quality outcomes, reducing variability and improving first-time quality across projects.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for engineering-related issues impacting project delivery or client satisfaction, intervening when projects are off track and guiding recovery plans with responsible managers.
- Provide leadership input on hiring, succession planning, and organizational design for Engineering Manager roles, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and cultural expectations.
- Track, analyze, and act on key engineering performance metrics, including utilization, margin contribution, rework rates, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree Required, preferably in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems integration, audiovisual engineering, or a related technical field with progressive leadership responsibility.
- 3+ years of experience managing managers or leading large, multi-project technical teams.
- AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certification.

What's the role? We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Models team. What's this team like at Etsy? The Machine Learning Enablement Initiative builds and maintains a complete ecosystem of ML systems including our feature & embeddings store, model training, serving, orchestration and testing infrastructure. The Models team is responsible for the model catalog, APIs, and serving infrastructure that runs our online models at high scale (millions of inferences per second). It is a small team historically focused on operations, but transitioning to play a more direct role in the application layer. The team is presently leading Etsy's migration from Tensorflow to Pytorch, building upon an innovative architecture designed in-house and based on KServe, NVIDIA Triton, Apache Arrow, and Ray. This client is a design driven firm known for delivering high performance, sustainable, and architecturally significant projects across diverse building types.
Both roles offer the opportunity to work on complex, innovative building systems from schematic design through construction administration in a collaborative, principal led environment.
About the Role
The MEP Electrical Engineer and Senior MEP Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, documentation, and coordination of electrical building systems for commercial, institutional, and mixed use projects. These professionals will collaborate closely with architects, owners, and multidisciplinary MEP teams to deliver technically sound and constructible solutions.
The Senior MEP Electrical Engineer will take on expanded technical leadership, detailed system design responsibility, and mentorship of junior staff.

(AIE) is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Construction Engineering Inspection services team supporting projects in New York and the surrounding metro area. This position will oversee projects, including those for LIRR, MNR, Amtrak, and similar clients. This role will require exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and coordination to ensure project success.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York.
- 8+ years in construction project management or resident engineering and inspection on railroad, MNR, Amtrak, or LIRR projects
- Knowledge of New York state-specific regulations and construction practices.
- Strong familiarity with railroad construction and maintenance standards, including FRA, MNR, Amtrak, LIRR, freight and short-line railroad specifications, preferred.
- CCM or NICET IV certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction and inspection activities onsite for railroad projects, ensuring contractor adherence to project goals, including cost, schedule, and quality.
- Direct oversite of contractor activities and daily field operations
- Coordinate outages, safety, access and account activities
- Act as a liaison between contractors, design staff, and stakeholders to address RFIs and review shop drawings.
- Conduct technical reviews of construction plans, specifications, and project modifications for constructability and practicality.
- Management of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications
- Manage the contractor payment process, recommending adjustments as needed to maintain budgetary control.
- Ensure site safety compliance and coordination with stakeholders, including local agencies and clients.
- Monitor contractor performance and resolve issues related to schedule, quality, or other project challenges.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, correspondence, and other deliverables as required by the client.

About the Role
You will help lead the evolution of the core platform that powers InHouse's AI-driven visualization and commerce experience. This includes setting technical direction across our architecture, backend services, API layers, data models, and front-end applications. You'll own complex, multi-system initiatives, guide engineering tradeoffs, and ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable, and extensible as we transition development fully in-house. This is a high-ownership role where you'll partner closely with founders, design, and product to shape the technical roadmap and mentor engineers as the team grows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and architecture across many parts of InHouse's platform, defining the roadmap that enables efficient orchestration of services across the organization
- Drive technical decision-making across complex, multi-faceted problems from visualization to product ingestion to order fulfillment
- Own product initiatives end-to-end from initial brainstorm to delivery, working with Design, Marketing, Ops to ensure evolution of the digital product

Your Team & Role As an Infrastructure Security Engineer for the Global Technology Workforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team, you will partner with technology leads and engineers to develop and improve IAM solutions.
