POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Estimator plays a critical role within the preconstruction team. This position is responsible for leading complex estimating efforts, developing accurate and competitive project budgets, and collaborating closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. The Senior Estimator also supports continuous improvement initiatives and mentors junior estimating staff to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across estimating operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preconstruction & Estimating Leadership
- Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for large-scale, complex, or high-priority commercial construction projects.
- Develop detailed conceptual, schematic, design development, and GMP estimates.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates.
- Identify project risks, assumptions, and contingencies and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination
- Solicit, review, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for scope completeness and pricing accuracy.
- Coordinate bid leveling and ensure alignment with project scope and schedule.
- Develop strong working relationships with trade partners and suppliers.
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with project management, operations, architects, engineers, and consultants to define scope and pricing strategies.
- Present estimates, budgets, and value engineering options to clients and executive leadership.
- Support business development efforts by assisting with pricing strategies and proposal development.
Value Engineering & Cost Control
- Develop value engineering options and cost-saving recommendations while maintaining quality and performance.
- Utilize historical cost data and market trends to enhance estimate accuracy.
- Participate in post-bid and post-project reviews to evaluate estimating performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and support junior estimators and preconstruction team members.
- Assist leadership with developing and maintaining standardized estimating procedures and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating, including experience leading complex projects.

Permitting Specialist (Telecom | Long-Haul Projects) – Florence, KY (Cincinnati area)
Location: Within ~50 miles of Florence, Kentucky (Greater Cincinnati).

About the Role
We’re hiring Permitting Specialists to support long-haul telecom infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end permitting process—keeping projects compliant, moving forward on schedule, and coordinated across municipalities and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of permitting activities for long-haul telecom projects, including private-property facilities and associated public right-of-way requirements
- Prepare, submit, track, and monitor permit packages with local, state, and federal authorities to secure timely approvals
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with zoning, codes, ordinances, DOT requirements, and multi-jurisdictional regulations
- Represent projects in the community by presenting to neighborhood committees and at public hearings before governing bodies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for permitting inquiries and proactively resolve issues to prevent delays
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of permitting or regulatory compliance experience (telecom preferred; utilities/construction/regulated industries also relevant)
- Demonstrated success preparing and submitting permit packages and navigating approval processes
- Ability to interpret zoning rules, building codes, ordinances, DOT requirements, and multi-jurisdiction regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents (blueprints/engineering plans); understanding of outside plant (OSP) design and telecom standards

Position Overview:
- The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) owns, cultivates, and expands relationships within Zion Solutions Group’s (Zion) prospects and customers. - Consistently monitor key account performance indicators, including revenue and margin growth, customer retention, pipeline creation, and forecast accuracy. Use these insights to guide strategy, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

As a Digital Content Specialist II, you will support UX copywriting and content
across AMA's digital platforms, with a primary focus on FREIDA, a platform that
helps medical students search for and evaluate residency programs. The role contributes
to the creation of specialty-specific informational content, user-facing copy,
and messaging that helps guide medical students, residents, and physicians
through critical career decisions. Working under established UX and content
standards, this role applies UX writing best practices to improve clarity,
engagement, and usability. The position works closely with product, UX, and
marketing teams to ensure content is consistent, effective, and aligned with
the overall member experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writing and Content Development
- Write comprehensive Q&A content for individual medical specialties within the FREIDA Specialty Guide
- Develop and maintain informational content across FREIDA resources, including the Residency Guide and student-facing guidance materials
- Develop copy for the Program Director Portal, including guidance, instructions, and resource content
- Create push notifications, alert banners, and promotional messaging to support engagement and highlight key deadlines and seasonal activities
- Collaborate with medical education stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and clinical appropriateness
FREIDA Content
- Create clear, concise, and user-centered copy for FREIDA and AMA digital properties that support the FREIDA experience, including AMAone and related join/renew and sign-in flows

- Work on landing page and member-facing content that supports usability and conversion goals
- Collaborate with UX designers to integrate copy early in the design process and support effective content-design collaboration

User Insight and Industry Awareness
- Develop an understanding of medical student, resident, and physician behaviors to inform content strategy and UX copy decisions

REQUIREMENTS:

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $74,160-$98,318. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Compensation:
- Up to $150,000 base salary (direct hire w2 only, no c2c, no 1099), (flexibility on base salary for exceptional experience)

This role offers meaningful ownership and visibility, with a mandate to build and deploy AI systems that have real, production level impact.
The Role
As an Applied AI Engineer, you will play a key role in integrating AI across internal systems and a customer facing SaaS platform. You will work hands on with large language models (LLMs) and modern AI tooling to automate processes, build internal tools, and deliver intelligent product features.
This is a production focused role operating at the intersection of engineering, product, and business operations, with close collaboration across teams in a hybrid/onsite environment. (3-days per week onsite in Greater Kansas City Metro Area, 2-days remote work.)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable AI powered services and tools to streamline internal workflows across multiple teams (e.g., operations, content, sales, support).
- Develop and deliver intelligent features within a proprietary SaaS platform.
- Integrate, manage, and optimize multiple LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI style, Anthropic style, or comparable providers).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers, including guidance on architecture, best practices, and performance.
- Build and maintain backend systems and APIs that support AI functionality across products and services.
- Design infrastructure for model serving, orchestration, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Implement fallback strategies, model routing, and cost performance optimization.
- Partner cross functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to identify high impact AI opportunities.
- Apply best practices related to data privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI use.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and MLOps, introducing new approaches where appropriate.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of engineering experience with multiple years of experience in a production environment deploying AI/ML applications or infrastructure.
- Proven experience applying LLMs or similar AI models to real business or product challenges.
- Strong backend engineering skills (Python and/or TypeScript preferred).
- Experience with AI/ML orchestration and deployment tools (e.g., LangGraph style frameworks, Airflow like systems, Kubeflow, Ray, or workflow automation tools).
- Hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Front end development experience in areas like React, Node.js, Web Development, front end web product design
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, logging, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms or technology driven products is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Passion for applying AI in practical, high impact ways.
