Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support the design of exterior components and assemblies from concept through production using CAD. Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and manufacturability requirements.
- Manage the release of production-ready parts, drawings, and Bills of Material (BOM) through PLM systems such as Teamcenter while supporting program milestones and engineering documentation.
- Work closely with suppliers on feasibility, design for manufacturing (DFM), tooling development, and technical reviews to ensure parts meet cost, quality, and timing targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–8+ years of experience in automotive exterior trim design, development, or release engineering.
- Experience using CATIA V5/V6, or similar CAD software for 3D modeling and design development.
- Understanding of plastic injection molding, composite materials, tooling development, and painted exterior components.
- Experience with GD&T, DFMEA, DVP&R, and PPAP processes.

Job Title: Automotive Training and Development Consultant

Client is looking for an Automotive Training & Development Consultant located in the Detroit, Michigan area.
This position is responsible for analysis, research, development and delivery of manufacturing processes and technical launch training with on-site support to OEM vehicle assembly plants in the US, Canada and Mexico.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Provide on-site training and support at each of the OEM vehicle assembly plants
- Instruct and consult plant process and repair personnel to improve their understanding of the vehicle and its highly intricate and interconnected systems and subsystems
- Present and demonstrate efficient and effective methods of diagnosing and correcting vehicle assembly, vehicle electrical systems and sub-system deficiencies
- Conduct root cause analysis to accurately identify the cause(s) of assembly and vehicle deficiencies
- Act as the training liaison between product/manufacturing engineering and general assembly by creating, designing and developing training materials related to vehicle assembly process, electrical harness manufacture, vehicle electrical system architectures and schematics

Responsibilities
Surface Warfare Officers (SWOs) are involved in virtually every aspect of Navy missions. As a SWO, you may be in charge of any number of shipboard operations and activities while at sea, working with or within any of these specialized forces:
Aircraft Carrier Forces: Provide and coordinate air, submarine and surface ship defense for aircraft carriers.
Cruiser-Destroyer Forces: Provide ship attack and defensive measures with a wide array of missile and fire power capabilities, providing anti-air, -submarine and -surface warfare support.
Amphibious Forces: Embark and transport vehicles, equipment and personnel for amphibious assault operations.
Combat-Logistics Forces: Provide combatant ships with fuel, ammunition, food and supplies, and provide repair, maintenance and rescue capabilities through Fleet Support Ships.
Mine Warfare Forces: Detect, identify and neutralize threats from hostile use of maritime mines.

Work Environment

Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Unless they have already been commissioned through the Naval Academy or ROTC, those pursuing a Surface Warfare Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School. Newly commissioned SWOs can expect an advanced training process that includes comprehensive training at sea and ashore.
Newly commissioned Surface Warfare Officers will be assigned to a surface ship, leading a team of Sailors responsible for a component of the ship - anything from electronics to weapons to engineering systems. In this setting, Officers are working toward full Surface Warfare qualification.
After completing these initial sea tours, Surface Warfare Officers may be selected to serve on high-level staffs, commands or strategic projects or they may be selected to work in recruitment. The ultimate goal for many: to one day command their own ship.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer.
There are different ways to become a SWO. If you're a high school student or an undergraduate, you can enter through the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) or through the U.S. Naval Academy. Those already having a degree attend Officer Candidate School (OCS), a 12-week Navy school in Newport, RI.

Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as a Surface Warfare Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Surface Warfare Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Surface Warfare Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and assisting with case management activities. The ideal candidate will help gather information, review legal materials, and organize case files to ensure efficient legal operations. This role involves working closely with attorneys to support legal proceedings, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft legal correspondence and documents such as summonses, complaints, motions, responses, and subpoenas under attorney supervision.
- Conduct legal research and review legal journals, case law, and precedents to support legal actions.
- Assist attorneys in gathering and organizing information including employment records, medical records, and other case-related documentation.
- Attend legal meetings such as client interviews, hearings, and depositions, and document key discussion points.
- Maintain and organize legal files, case documentation, and law libraries to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Assist attorneys and legal teams with preparing documents for court submissions.
- Prepare and process various legal documents including appeals, motions, complaints, subpoenas, and pretrial agreements.
- Ensure legal documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
