JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes by assessing product requirements, ensuring manufacturability, and designing, modifying, and testing methods and equipment to achieve desired outcomes.
- Leverage expertise in product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials while collaborating closely with production teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues, investigate equipment failures, prepare follow-up reports, and provide technical guidance to floor personnel.
- Perform root cause analysis to address quality concerns during production.
- Execute capital projects and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Lead or participate in Kaizen events to enhance manufacturing processes, implement Lean principles, and improve quality performance.
- Coordinate with operations and management to align on daily objectives and report progress.
- Work with maintenance, production, engineering teams, and external contractors to improve equipment reliability, service quality, and repair practices.
- Analyze workflows and optimize space and equipment layouts to boost manufacturing efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering is required
- Minimum of three years of manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering experience within a manufacturing facility is required
- Must have experience working on the production floor with various types of manufacturing equipment
- Must possess the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams/schematics
- Must possess strong analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter who is able to succeed with little supervision

Contract Administrator (Hybrid – Plainfield, IN)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Administrator to support contract management and joint-use coordination activities. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at the Plainfield, IN Complex at least 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage contract award activities and schedules
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Review invoices to confirm alignment with contract provisions and completed work

Job Description:
- The Contract Administrator performs or assists with the following: plan and manage contract award activities and schedules, monitor contract performance, assure invoices agree with contract provisions and work has been successfully completed, create and manage action logs, establish contract reporting and status for the project team, develop presentations, maintain confidentiality of supplier pricing, create and monitor approvals of contract and change requisitions, maintain contract records and correspondence monitor resolution of issues/actions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain all incoming SPANS alert emails for Indiana joint use proposals. This consists of approximately 400-800 emails daily that must be monitored & read to determine if any follow-up is necessary. If follow up is necessary, responds to proposal inquiries or forwards the inquiry to the applicable party to address.
- Assigns new attachment requests to engineering vendors in SPANS, logs/tracks the assignment of proposals to each vendor.
- Appropriately route and transmit SPANS proposals in a timely manner to ensure adherence to FCC and state utility commission regulated timelines.
- Investigate and respond to customer requests for updates on SPANS proposals regarding make ready construction schedule, engineering turnaround time, invoice status, etc.
Education:

- Lead the development of the reporting systems for project controls assignments

OVERVIEW:
Build, maintain, update and communicate a Master Schedule to meet Company’s business goals by creating a structured process which marries planning with execution metrics. It should include current information and company goals while maximizing production efficiency.
Using data from the ERP, collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Management teams to reflect current realities in the schedule along with alternate scenarios. This includes communicating exposure to risks, changes in costs & production capacity as well as meeting customer demand.

In this role, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians, manages preventive maintenance programs, supports root cause analysis for equipment failures, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Essential Functions:
- Directs maintenance activities for injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function for a Diesel Technician will be to perform tractor preventative maintenance and repairs to advance mechanical and electrical troubleshooting procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repair and maintain company tractors and/or trailers using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and machine tools
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and examine parts for defects and excessive wear
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical circuits utilizing computer based software diagnostic programs and printed wiring schematics
- Recondition, repair, and/or replace parts
- Perform routine maintenance checks including inspecting the brake system, wheel bearings, electrical system, and air systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engine/driveline/ABS related issues utilizing sound mechanical knowledge and computer-based diagnostic programs
- Ability to set up and use common cutting, welding, and metal fabrication tooling and equipment as needed to complete trailer repairs
- Other duties as assigned
