ProSidian seeks a Federal Realty Specialist Professional (Fed Grade Level: GS-12) to be located in Kansas City, MO and work as part of a team that deliver the variety of administrative and professional support classifications at various locations in the Heartland Region. The Heartland Region consists of four states; Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas. The services to be provided by this contract shall be accomplished at various locations throughout the Heartland Region, with the majority of contract performance at Two Pershing Square 2300 Main Street Kansas City, Missouri, 64108. Performance under this contract may also include placement of ProSidians in GSA's Field Office locations, inclusive of, but not limited to Kansas City North Field Office 601 E. 12th Street Kansas City, Missouri, 64106.
In order to have an effective program all team members must ensure a successful business relationship between The Fed. Govt. Client of Contractors. All parties involved in the service delivery process must work as a team and foster open and honest communication at all times. Working side-by-side with other federal employees and contract workers, your role will be non-inherently governmental in nature. The selected Federal Realty Specialist Professional (Fed Grade Level: GS-12) shall be paid a Base $/Hr. as a Contract W-2 Employee as well as an allocation of an additional state specific $/Hr. to cover health and welfare expenses under The U.S. Department of Labor McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage and Hour Determination (WHD). Federal Realty Specialist Professional (Fed Grade Level: GS-12) - Kansas City, MO Duties
- Employee will serve as a project manager for projects in Federal space.
- Works with tenant agency personnel, architects and engineers or other technical personnel to review the agency's space request to determine the specific amount and type of space required; monitor build out and acceptance of the space.
- Review requests for space from customer agencies.
- Determine types of resources necessary, utilizing budget development and resource allocations.
- Develop housing strategies.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to customer agencies regarding their requests for space; consult with the customer on the amount, type and location of the space.
- Analyze space inventory for utilization of existing federally owned space in satisfying the space requirements of customer agencies.
- Identify projects/tasks and develops scopes of work to be handled by contract service providers. Assists agencies in developing their space specifications and provides detailed information on their Occupancy Agreements.
- Coordinates the efficient space layout and design of space and may coordinate an agency's relocation. Identify agency needs, which may include Integrated Services.
- Coordinates the estimates and determines the budget responsibility for each project. Ensures all costs are properly allocated.
- Classifies and assigns space, including blocks of space involving special requirements. Inspects and accepts space by measuring the space and ensuring that alterations meet agency requirements.
- Requests reimbursable work authorizations. Work as part of an integrated realty team involving Account Managers, Asset Managers, Project Manages and Property Managers.
- Coordinate the completion of the Occupancy Agreements on all Federal projects. Must have a thorough knowledge of the Occupancy Agreement tool and how projects are funded. Ability to bill client agencies through Rent Bill Management tool.
- Ensures the assignment drawings for the Federal Buildings are kept up to date and accurate by working with the appropriate personnel for Property Management Centers, Space Planners and Data Manager to ensure the drawing comply with the Computer Integrated Facility Management Program (CIFM) and eSmart.
Knowledge Required by the Position:
- In depth knowledge of agency policies, regulations and procedures, applicable Federal statutes, including the General Services Acquisition Regulations (GSAM), the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR), with regard to property utilization, outleasing and management to perform work that may include complex issues.
- Employee needs ability to use judgment and skill in performing coordination for matters involving special and diverse agency needs, frequently changing requirements or unanticipated changes in requirements.
- Ability to integrate the disciplines of legal, appraisal, engineering, architecture, fire and life safety, urban planning and finance, so that projects are satisfactorily coordinated, analyzed and conflicts resolved.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing concerning realty matters. Experience:

About the role:
Based in Kansas City, MO this role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. This role calls on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota. The Software Account Executive conducts greater than 50% of their work outside their home office.
- Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs.
- Identifies and secures new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting (i.e. networks, referrals, etc.) and company-initiated prospecting programs.
- Executes all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence (i.e., designed cadences for client and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.).

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of related sales experience (7+ years is preferred)

The Commercialization Manager is the quarterback of go-to-market and commercialization efforts across all products. This role ensures that each product release, enhancement, and new offering is positioned for success by aligning resources, driving cross-functional execution, and supporting Product Managers with commercialization tasks such as pricing, packaging, messaging, and launch readiness.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercialization Leadership
• Serve as the central point of coordination for all commercialization efforts across the product portfolio.

• Maintain a portfolio-level view of upcoming launches, enhancements, and market-facing changes.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
• Ensure the right teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Legal, CS, Training, etc.) are aligned, resourced, and executing according to plan.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, launch readiness reviews, and go/no-go decisions.
• Anticipate and remove blockers related to resourcing, prioritization, or communication gaps.
Product Manager Support
• Partner closely with Product Managers to support commercialization tasks like:
- Pricing and packaging updates
- Sales enablement needs
- Enabling professional services
- Provide templates, playbooks, and coaching to help PMs deliver consistent commercialization artifacts and outputs.
Launch Execution & Readiness
• Ensure all required materials and processes are in place for successful launch (e.g., sales enablement content, training modules, support documentation, release communications).
• Track progress against key commercialization milestones and proactively escalate risks.
• Own internal communication of what is launching, when, and why it matters.
Operational Excellence
• Continuously improve commercialization processes and rituals—intake, scoping, planning, and go-to-market workflows.
• Standardize tools, templates, and KPIs used across product lines.
• Identify opportunities to increase speed, reduce friction, and strengthen cross-team visibility.
Market & Business Alignment
• Ensure commercialization plans align with company strategy, revenue targets, market needs, and partner commitments.

The Stowers Institute has an opening for a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and keep mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operational at all times. This position is four 10 hour shifts per week.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to service calls for issues regarding temperature, lighting, etc.
- General mechanical repairs such as greasing motors
- Replacing air handler filters, belts, and pumps
- Electrical repairs which could include replacing lamps and ballasts, defective switches and outlets

Benefits and Compensation:
- The range for this position has been established at $78,000 to $110,000 per year and is U.S. Engineering’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.

The Role We Want You For
As a Design Project Manager – Life Sciences, you will lead multidisciplinary design teams in the delivery of complex, regulated facilities for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and advanced life sciences clients. This role spans the full design lifecycle - from early planning and concept development through construction support - ensuring projects meet operational, regulatory, schedule, and budget expectations.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role within LJC/Clayco’s design-build model. You will balance technical understanding, team leadership, and project management rigor while partnering closely with construction, process, and engineering leaders to deliver efficient, compliant, and buildable solutions.
While this role is ideally suited for an experienced design project manager, LJC is also open to senior technical discipline leads (architecture or engineering) who demonstrate strong leadership skills, client presence, and readiness to step into a broader project management role.
The Specifics of the Role
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary architectural and engineering design teams on life sciences projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Plan, track, and manage project scope, budget, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful delivery and profitability.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between design teams, construction teams, and external consultants to support LJC/Clayco’s integrated design-build delivery.
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination reviews to ensure cohesive, well-integrated design solutions, while confirming discipline-level quality control processes are executed.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, scope changes, and technical challenges throughout the design lifecycle.
- Oversee the development of designs from early planning and concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
- Ensure designs align with GMP, FDA, and other applicable regulatory requirements, engaging subject matter experts as needed.
- Review design deliverables, submittals, RFIs, and change documentation to maintain alignment with design intent and project objectives.
- Participate in site visits and coordination meetings to verify design intent is being executed and constructability concerns are addressed early.
- Serve as the primary design-side contact for assigned projects, maintaining clear, consistent, and proactive communication with clients.
- Lead design presentations, technical reviews, and project update meetings with clients and internal leadership.
- Build trusted client relationships through accountability, responsiveness, and technical credibility.
- Support front-end project efforts by contributing to proposal development, interviews, pursuit strategies, and early project definition.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering or architectural design for GMP, FDA, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Prior experience as a design project manager or demonstrated leadership as a senior technical discipline lead on complex projects.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences facility design.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, process systems, and regulatory-driven design requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex coordination efforts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools preferred.
- Ability to travel to project sites and client facilities as required.
