Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 software.

Job Summary:
- This role will be responsible for coordinating team activities and supporting the Project Managers (PMs). With minimal supervision, the candidate will perform the role of scheduler and/or commodity tracker for major projects. They will support the development and analysis of a wide range of scope of work types, especially complex schedules using the assigned system. Essential Job Functions:

- Communicate schedule status to project stakeholders. Direct and guide the administration of the AEP project management organizational standards and assist in the management of projects to those standards.
- Adhere to the guidance and standards put forth by the AEP Project Management Governance Committee. Work with the Administrator to assign security, profiles, and roles for new users. Diagnose and resolve issues with scope of work schedules.
- Mentor and train junior-level schedulers on the following: preparing and analyzing metric reports; preparing and analyzing schedule risk; developing what-if schedules to address various scenarios and options as necessary; crashing scope of work schedule durations; following processes and handbook procedures; and all aspects of scheduling within the assigned systems and software.
- Perform/coordinate schedule and cost integration, including SPI/CPI processes on a scope of work basis.

- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Plan, execute, and manage maintenance and capital projects to minimize downtime
- Utilize a CMMS to schedule work orders, track asset history, and monitor compliance
- Review equipment performance and identify opportunities related to safety, quality, cost, and productivity
- Track, analyze, and improve maintenance KPIs, OEE, and overall equipment performance
- Partner with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effective and timely services
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles
- Fabricate and modify equipment as needed to support operations
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of maintenance personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or engineering field
- 5–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance or automation
- Strong background in PLCs, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Prior leadership experience managing maintenance or technical teams
- Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment preferred
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CMMS experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Position Objective
- Expand and grow Impellam’s Data Center client footprint within the Ohio, and broader North American market, through strategic, relationship‑driven enterprise sales.
- Leverage existing success stories from major enterprise accounts to build credibility and open new doors.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating large‑scale infrastructure projects, Data Center lifecycle hiring needs, and technical workforce challenges.
- Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Penetrate new Data Center business units and expand relationships across technical, engineering, and operational groups.
- Leverage Impellam’s proven case studies and enterprise wins to drive new opportunities and strengthen client trust.
- Develop tailored workforce solutions across contractor, project‑based, and scalable STEM hiring models.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of Data Center projects and technical staffing opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular in‑person and remote engagement with Columbus‑based clients, including site visits, performance reviews, and workforce planning sessions.
- Act as a strategic partner, advising on labor market trends, evolving project timelines, and talent strategies.
- Coordinate multi‑stakeholder relationships across enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment and consistency in service delivery.
Partnership With Recruiting & Delivery Teams
- Collaborate with specialized technical recruiters to ensure high‑quality candidate delivery.
- Translate client requirements into actionable recruiting strategies and forecasting.
- Participate in intake discussions, technical requirement scoping, and candidate evaluation processes.
- Ensure seamless communication and execution across the full sales‑to‑delivery cycle, reflecting expectations seen in other Impellam roles.
Sales Operations & Performance
- Accurately manage pipeline data, forecasting, and CRM documentation.
- Align activity and results with Impellam’s sales frameworks and best practices seen in other Account Executive roles.
- Track and report on KPIs aligned to revenue growth, client satisfaction, and new business penetration.
