Job Responsibilities

• Working independently, responsible for the activities and monitoring of the supply chain involved in the savings programs.
• Wearing MRP and/or manual requirements, analyzes the demand to determine the needs of the site, releasing RFQ's for price and availability.
• Responsible for the management of all SB program requests, metrics and reports, meetings with suppliers (SBR's) 3 times
• per year, customer service and availability to travel
• Working independently, coordinates purchasing activities and processes purchase reqs in a timely manner.
• Using MRP and/or manual reqs, analyzes demand to determine need, sends out RFQ's for price and availability.
• Monitors supplier delivery.
• Negotiates price/volume/delivery dates.
• Processes RMA's.
• Expedites and reschedules as necessary to meet production requirements.
• Responsible for resolving AP/AR issues through analysis and investigation.
• May research alternative suppliers for obsolete or long lead time parts.

Education: Engineering, Administration or Commerce

Experience:

2-8 years’ experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain.

3 years experience buying metals for a machine shop

Knowledge:

Management of Oracle, M3K, Knowledge of key metrics in the purchasing area, negotiation with suppliers, Flexibility Programs (VMI, VCI,830, etc..), Knowledge of MRP and production processes

• Executive dashboards
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across IT, Security, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Business units
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security controls, regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, data protection policies), and audit readiness
• Drive SLA and KPI definition, tracking, and reporting
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent security, operational, or compliance gaps
• Lead escalation management and executive-level communication
• Facilitate war rooms, incident coordination, and remediation tracking when required
• Ensure operational readiness including documentation, training, and transition to support teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity programs
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure environments and cybersecurity including Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Network architecture (SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, segmentation), Identity & Access Management (Okta, SailPoint, AD), Cloud security posture improvements
• Strong understanding of SDLC and secure development practices
• Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams across regions
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs, SLAs, and executive reporting metrics
• Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear executive-level updates
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
