JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transportation Planning:
- Apply diverse knowledge of transportation planning principles across a wide spectrum of projects.
- Define regional or local transportation planning issues, lead, or participate in public meetings or hearings to explain planning studies, and gather feedback from affected parties to achieve consensus on project plan recommendations.
- Develop and update transportation plans, policies, and programs that address current and future transportation needs.
- Stakeholder engagement: Work with government agencies, community groups, and the public to gather input and build consensus on transportation initiatives.
- Research and Development: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into transportation planning.
- Report Writing: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development of transportation policies and regulations that promote safety, accessibility, and sustainability.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret transportation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Project Management:
- Manage transportation projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Execute Tasks within project requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of engineering experience in development of multi-modal plans. Experience with active transportation plans, complete street plans, corridor plans, and safety plans preferred.
Licensure: AICP or PTP certification preferred

Responsibilities
- Intake new feature requests

What will your typical day look like?
As an Electronic Repair Technician, you will report to the Lab Manager. You will work with a cross-functional team, including other repair technicians, production assemblers, account managers, technical support, and operations to support customers to ensure success and satisfaction.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair circuit boards and electronic assemblies (HMI’s, AC/DC drives, power supplies, displays, controllers, amplifiers, etc.) with limited or no schematics and technical documentation.
- Component level testing an asset.
- Above average skill in debugging and repairing digital electronics to the component level would be an asset
- Ability to understand assembly instructions and technical documentation
- Test electrical and mechanical components and systems
- Assemble and dis-assemble electrical and mechanical components and systems as required.
- Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems.

Contract Project Coordinator – Hardware / New Product Introduction (NPI)
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the execution of new product introduction (NPI) programs for hardware-based products. This role will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to keep initiatives organized, transparent, and moving forward.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys driving execution, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in complex product development environments.

- 2+ years experience in construction or technology related sales

Compensation
Total compensation may range from $60,000–$150,000+ (base salary + incentives), uncapped, based upon performance.

SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Engineer/Continuous improvement engineer provides production support for manufacturing process and technical drawings. The ME/CI Engineer assists in developing and supporting continuous improvement tools across the organization. At the manager’s discretion, the ME/CI Engineer works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Create graphical representations of special and standard customer order requirements
- Takes initiative to identify and analyze problems in a logical manner.
- Discuss changes in design, method of manufacture and assembly, and drafting techniques and procedures with staff and coordinate corrections.
- Review project instructions and specifications to identify, modify and plan fabrication requirements and assembly
- Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.
- Review technical documents to plan work.
- Ability to interface with manufacturing, marketing, quality assurance, vendors and customers.
- Confer with technical personnel to prepare designs or operational plans.
- Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Enter, transcribe, record, store, or maintain information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
- Evaluate designs or specifications to ensure quality.
- Recommend technical design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality, or performance.
- Consult with end users regarding problems in accessing electronic content.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify document management requirements of departments or end users.
- Implement electronic document processing, retrieval, and distribution systems in collaboration with other information technology specialists
- Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization
- Collect data about customer needs.
- Document operational procedures.
- Eliminate interruptions to operations by providing clear documentation/drawings for manufacturing completion
- Source, create and repair tooling for production equipment
- Any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Required –Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Preferred – Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Metal, Plastic, and Fabric fabrication/production, assembly, slitting, and distribution processes continuous improvement
- Required – Proven work history of leading small to medium sized projects, which yield cost savings and production improvements.
- Required – Competency with Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Required – Competency with Automation Design
- Required – High Competency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Applications

- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the electrical industry.
