As a Project Engineer for Doka USA, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. You will collaborate with our clients, project managers, and construction teams to ensure the successful implementation of formwork and shoring solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations. This role will be based out of our Northeast branch located in Kenilworth, NJ, and will report to our Engineering Manager. This will be an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed plans and designs for formwork and shoring systems based on project specifications and structural requirements and utilize industry-standard software and tools (i.e., AutoCAD, Revit, ect.). to create accurate drawings, models, and calculations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients regarding formwork and shoring solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to address technical challenges and optimize project performance.
• Identify and select appropriate formwork and shoring materials based on project requirements, budget constraints, and site conditions.
• Ensure that formwork and shoring systems comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in formwork and shoring design, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), structural analysis tools, and project management software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

How You'll Contribute:

My client is looking for a Senior R&D Project Manager to work onsite in their Parsippany NJ office.

This is an exciting role who will be responsible for the successful execution of product development projects. You will plan, coordinate and lead the execution of activities to ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. This is a technical position and the candidate must have an engineering background in order to manage and contribute to the development of new products. The projects that will be managed include a mix of new product development, product line extensions, and sustaining engineering releases.

Essential Functions

How You'll Contribute:

A Media Sr Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiation through Closing phases. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. A project manager's role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders. The PM is responsible for overseeing and performing project management functions on all Broadcast projects, budgets, and scopes. The SPM will act as the person responsible for their assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities. Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for team participants, managing deliverables from the consulting team, and overseeing the completion of projects. The PM is responsible for completing consulting projects on time, on budget and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction from our customers. Most of this employee's time will be spent managing projects and communicating with all project stakeholders. This person will be helping to constantly improve the established Diversified processes. The PM is constantly managing the forces of change in every project environment. Balancing schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and client satisfaction are a very complex set of variables.

How You'll Contribute:

A Project Manager (PM) isresponsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiating through Closing phases for media and entertainment organizations, as well as corporate entities. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project.
