Job Description – Client Partner (Automotive Industry)
Role Type: Full‐time
Overview
The Client Partner will own and grow the strategic relationship with a marquee Automotive client. This role combines P&L ownership, consultative account management, executive stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation leadership. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding service lines, and positioning the firm as a trusted long‐term partner across IT, engineering, and business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Ownership & Strategy
- Serve as the strategic business leader for the Automotive account, owning the overall relationship and account vision.
- Develop and execute a multi‐year account growth strategy across digital engineering, cloud, data/AI, applications, infrastructure, and industry solutions.
- Lead account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive alignment.
2. Revenue, Growth & P&L Management
- Own the P&L, revenue, margins, and growth targets for the account.
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive solutioning, pursuit leadership, and cross‐selling service lines.
- Ensure financial health through disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and delivery governance.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain key relationships across IT, engineering, supply chain, connected vehicles, manufacturing, and digital domains.
- Act as the primary escalation point and champion the client's goals internally.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction and long‐term engagement through value delivery.
4. Delivery Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Partner with delivery leaders to ensure flawless execution, on‐time delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure programs meet compliance, quality, KPIs, and transformation goals.
- Govern large programs across application modernization, cloud, data/analytics, and engineering services.
5. Domain & Industry Expertise
- Bring strong knowledge of the Automotive industry, including connected vehicles, manufacturing modernization, supply chain, and digital retail.
- Advise clients on emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation.
6. Internal Leadership
- Lead large cross-functional teams across consulting, delivery, sales, and solutions.
- Mentor account teams and partner with global capability units to bring best-in-class solutions.
- Drive compliance, risk management, contract adherence, and governance frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
- 18–20+ years of experience in IT consulting or technology services.
- Proven success as a Client Partner / Account Director / Engagement Leader managing large accounts.
- Strong Automotive client experience — OEM, Tier‐1, or mobility ecosystem.
- Demonstrated capability in P&L management, account expansion, and large deal shaping.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-suite leaders and influence decision-making.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, data/AI, modernization, engineering services, and managed services models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, storytelling, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business/technology degree.

Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist 4 (TS4) to design and implement data engineering solutions that advance the agency's data ecosystem. This senior-level role requires a strong background in data integration, data modeling, and enterprise data architecture. You will lead the evaluation and selection of data platforms, assist with data storage solutions, and shape scalable, secure, and well-governed data solutions for the agency's analytics and operational systems.
As a key technical contributor, you will collaborate with IT Architecture teams and senior leadership to ensure data solutions align with business needs, enterprise standards, and long-term goals. Position Purpose:
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors the registered nurse of the system transfer center should accurately listen and respond appropriately to requests made by transferring physicians, hospitals, and peers. To ensure patients are assigned rooms in an expedient manner, this position will utilize all critical resources within the organization to expedite this process. This position should give high priority to customer service and complete customer satisfaction. This position must ensure all paperwork and computer entry is checked for accuracy and continually enhances their knowledge regarding processes. This position will coordinate the successful transfer and placement of patients entering via the Transfer Center access. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Estate Administration
- Prepare initial probate papers.
- Value assets, either manually or by use of computer programs, including required research.
- Prepare probate inventories and accountings, and other court required filings.

Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The estimated salary range for this Cleveland position is $80,000 to $110,000.

Information Professional Officers (IPOs) oversee the seamless operation of the global Naval network environment. Their responsibilities include:

- Driving interoperability with joint, allied and coalition partners
- Building professional excellence through education, training and certification and milestone qualifications
- Optimizing organizational effectiveness through cutting-edge technologies, knowledge management techniques and a culture of innovation
- Helping to develop and deploy information systems, command and control and space systems
- Serving as a key part of the Information Dominance Corps in its mission to gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of adversaries

Work Environment

Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Upon completion, candidates typically attend a five-week IP Basic Course of instruction in Pensacola, FL, before or during their initial assignment. IPOs must complete specific qualifications as part of their training during Fleet tours and are expected to pursue advanced education opportunities.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Postgraduate education is important to the success of the Information Professional. Most IPs will complete a master's degree in C4I, space, information systems, computer science or modeling and simulation.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. Candidates seeking an Information Professional Officer position must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field, preferably in one of following fields: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Operations, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, General Engineering.
All candidates must also be: U.S. citizens, willing to serve worldwide, eligible for a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and qualified for sea duty.

Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as an Information Professional Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.

We are seeking a high-potential Operations Manager to join a manufacturing facility. This is a key plant leadership role responsible for overseeing core production operations with path to Plant Manager. This individual will lead departmental Process Leads, support Plant Engineering and Maintenance functions, and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations in a complex, 24/7 production environment. This role also provides full operational leadership coverage during periods when the Plant Manager is offsite.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of operational leadership experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
- Experience in foundry, metals processing, steel, specialty metals, chemical processing, or similar environments.
- Proven leadership of supervisors, managers, or departmental leaders.
- Experience with continuous improvement and capital project execution.
Essential Duties:
- Operational Leadership:
- Provide direct leaderships through Operations, Process Leads, and Department Managers.
- Ensure safe, efficient production execution aligned with safety, quality, and throughput targets.
- Monitor plant performance, resolve operational issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate plant operations during Plant Manager absences.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and develop 4–5 direct reports and approximately 40–50 indirect production personnel.
- Provide leadership oversight to Plant Engineering and potentially Maintenance functions.
- Build leadership capability, accountability, and operational ownership across teams.
- Continuous Improvement & Capital Projects:
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and operational excellence principles.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to improve safety, reliability, quality, and efficiency.
- Support and manage capital improvement projects, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards.
- Partner closely with Environmental Health & Safety to maintain safe and compliant operations.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize autonomous or semi-autonomous AI workflows (agentic systems) using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and third-party AI platforms.
- Translate complex business tasks into orchestrated, multi-step AI workflows that can act with minimal user input while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.
- Develop and iterate intelligent assistants, copilots, and AI agents to automate business processes across origination, closing, servicing, and corporate functions.
- Collaborate with Business Partners and business units to test, refine, and scale agentic tools that drive measurable efficiency improvements and user adoption.
- Lead implementation of BWE's Scale Agentic AI initiative by identifying high-impact automation opportunities and deploying production-ready AI agents.
- Partner with AIOps Engineer to ensure agentic systems integrate properly with monitoring, governance, and optimization frameworks.
- Stay ahead of emerging agentic design patterns, orchestration technologies, and best practices while bringing forward innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Create reusable agentic templates and workflow patterns that enable citizen developers to build AI-powered automation within governance frameworks.
- Implement security and compliance controls for agentic systems ensuring adherence to financial services regulations and data privacy requirements.
- Research and experiment with innovative agentic AI technologies and platforms to enhance BWE's automation capabilities.
- Provide training and support to business users adopting agentic tools and automation workflows.
- Document agentic system architectures, decision logic, and operational procedures for knowledge transfer and maintenance.
Near-Term Deliverables:
- Build and deploy at least 3-5 production agentic systems that demonstrate significant business impact and operational efficiency gains.
- Establish agentic AI development framework including design patterns, testing methodologies, and deployment standards.
- Create a comprehensive library of reusable agentic components and workflow templates that accelerate automation deployment across business functions.
- Partner with Business Partners to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for agentic AI implementation with detailed business case analysis.
- Develop agentic system monitoring and optimization practices ensuring reliable performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Research and recommend emerging agentic AI platforms and technologies for potential adoption with hands-on evaluation and implementation guidance.
- Create citizen developer enablement materials including agentic workflow templates, training resources, and best practice guidelines.
- Establish agentic AI governance practices including approval workflows, risk assessment, and compliance validation procedures.
- Complete advanced training in agentic AI, workflow orchestration, or emerging automation technologies relevant to enterprise applications.
- Contribute to BWE's competitive advantage by pioneering innovative agentic use cases and automation strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building AI-driven workflows, intelligent automation, or low-code/no-code solutions in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Strong grasp of prompt engineering, conversation design, logic flows, and business process optimization techniques.
- Experience with API integration, data transformation, and system connectivity for workflow automation.
- Knowledge of agentic AI concepts including multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Understanding of business process design, user experience principles, and change management for automation adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Creative, fast-moving builder with prototyping mindset and deep understanding of user needs and business workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced agentic AI platforms and orchestration tools beyond Microsoft ecosystem.
- Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and conversational AI development.
