A Brief Overview

What you will do
- Performs quality radiologic procedures using appropriate technical and safety methods. Determines technical and positioning factors to obtain quality images. Determines appropriate technique, positioning and shielding in order to minimize radiation exposure and maintain ALARA guidelines where applicable.
- Makes patient care related judgments and implements appropriate actions within legal, professional, and ethical standards.
- Explains procedures to patient and answers questions or concerns.
- Observes patient for distress or difficulty and reports such incidents to appropriate staff.
- Assists in the development of others through guidance and teaching. Promotes professional practice of all members of the radiological services team.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, compliance activities, and policies and procedures.
- Effectively manages resources such as supplies and equipment. Plans work and completes job responsibilities in an efficient and productive manner.
- Demonstrates professional work behavior and excellent customer service routinely in all interactions.
- Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to effectively relate and communicate with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated clinical competencies in radiography imaging equipment and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of radiology information systems (RIS, HIS, and PACS preferred).
Supervision Provided by this Position
- There are no supervisory or lead responsibilities assigned to this job, except that the incumbent may occasionally demonstrate various job responsibilities to other Associates. The incumbent will observe and instruct student technologists.

- Must have good balance and coordination.

Job Description
THE POSITION:
At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. We’re open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients can’t wait.
The most important aspect of this position is to productively execute the movement of materials from dock to storage to staging and shipment per EVERSANA SOPs. The position also requires the incumbent to be certified on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (i.e., Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Bendi Forklift).
Essential Functions
- Comply with all company provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Fulfill tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions
- Identify, locate, and gather product for distribution to specified areas
- Assemble, build, and transport customer orders
- Certified to operate Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Bendi Forklift to transport items through our certification program
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Operate EVERSANA RF device
- Show up on time

Qualifications

- Work experience in a fast-paced, distribution warehouse environment or stock room strongly preferred
- Previous forklift operation experience required.

- Strong reading, addition, and subtraction skills needed to manage order specific documentation (a calculator may be used)

Warehouse: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The most important aspect of this position is supporting the department Supervisor to ensure team productively executes fulfillment functions for order processing, including picking and packing product, along with manifesting and staging finished shipments per EVERSANA’s standard operating processes. The position also requires the incumbent to be certified on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (i.e., Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Bendi Forklift).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate a safe operational environment by strictly complying with all EVERSANA safety requirements; this includes the accurate completion of pre and post lift truck equipment checklists.
- Adhere to all formal standard operating procedures that control the order fulfillment process in specialized areas.
- Adhere to all formal standard operating procedures that control the flow of materials through the specialized areas.
- Participate in problem solving, if errors or issues occur with operations processes.
- Adhere to client specific pack out SOPs.
- Perform end of shift inventory checks.
- Notify the applicable supervisor or lead of any obstacles to the successful completion of tasks.
- Ability to formulate emails to EVERSANA staff as a means of communication

The Project Engineer (PE) supports the Project Manager (PM) and Project Superintendent to facilitate a well-managed project. The PE works successfully with and responds promptly to requests from the PM to achieve goals and assists with the overall management and administration of projects, including pre-construction services, subcontractor management, RFI’s, and the submittal process.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops an understanding of construction safety practices and has the ability to stop work if unsafe conditions exist.

- Estimates CORs and assists in bidding, assembling an estimate, and subcontractor coordination.

- Assists Superintendent in subcontract management by distributing drawings to subs and working on the submittal schedule and procurement process.
- Takes the lead role in the project closeout documentation.
- Tracks quantities for Self-Performed Work (SPW) productivity for monthly cost reports.

- Completes contingency and allowance logs, etc.
