The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time and part-time Restaurant Cashiers to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Restaurant Cashier, you will provide excellent guest service to guests, collaborating with team members to facilitate all transactions and keep track of orders.
Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?
- Collaborate with dining room, service, and kitchen team members to keep track of all orders, monetary situations, and charges, validating methods of payment, completing transactions, and providing accurate change, documentation, and receipts, and dispensing the accurate amount if needed
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts
- Scan items and ensure pricing is correct, resolving discrepancies and processing payments
- Clean up checkout area and keep organized; keep receipt paper and other stationery stocked
- Maintain accurate tabs on restaurant tables’ orders using the venue’s primary point of sale system

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Aftermarket orders to meet production shipping needs.
Re-stock incoming parts and process material transfers.
Assist in the maintenance of parts inventory control.
Maintain all shipping materials (i.e. cardboard, tape, etc.)
Maintain high quality of parts shipped by performing a visual quality assurance check.
Maintenance of high-quality parts shipments.
Timely processing and shipment of Aftermarket orders.
Maintenance of sufficient shipping materials.
Identify and select merchandise from stock and prepare items for shipment.
Must read and understand pick slips to ensure accurate maintenance of parts inventory.
Inspect products for correct size, quantity, and color before shipping.
Determine size, box type, and format for shipping to prevent damage to product.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have basic computer skills experience.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Forklift license is required.

Job Summary:
The Production Warehouse Associate at Belt Power, LLC., will perform a variety of duties in our shipping and receiving department and will also be responsible for the fabrication and installation of conveyor belts and related products either-in-house or at a customer site.
Responsibilities Include:
* Build/repair belts and conveyor belt components.
* Install and vulcanizing lightweight conveyor belting.
* Receive and verify incoming parts, materials, and supplies; maintain stock area, follows sales orders.
* Ships product, verifies, and records all items loaded for shipments.
* Work with truck carriers and couriers.
* Perform duties to fabricate, install, and repair conveyor belting and systems.
* Carefully and accurately maintains shipping records for requested categories including goods returned.

This role is responsible for managing camshaft cores and spool inventory to support the production of UGLs (Unground Lobes). This role ensures proper core selection, spool utilization, and production scheduling to meet demand while minimizing "no core" situations.
The position works cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Production, and external vendors to align inventory, forecasting, and manufacturing execution. In addition to planning responsibilities, the role provides hands-on support in finishing and secondary machining operations as needed.
Responsibilities:
Core & Spool Optimization
- Determine optimal cam core fit based on UGL requirements.
- Cross-reference available cores to reduce "no core" occurrences.
- Monitor spool usage relative to UGL demand.
- Develop and maintain spool production schedules based on usage trends.
- Leverage existing in-house spool inventory to meet current and projected UGL needs.
UGL (Unground Lobe) Planning & Scheduling
- Create and maintain UGL schedules based on historical usage and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate spool preparation to ensure timely grinding and finishing operations.
- Align material availability with downstream journal grinding and finishing.
Vendor & Purchasing Coordination
- Communicate with vendors regarding purchased spools.
- Monitor inbound spool timing and availability.
- Ensure purchased materials align with projected UGL demand.
Engineering & Development Collaboration
- Work with Engineering to develop new UGL configurations for customers.
- Assist in transitioning new lobe designs into production.
- Support prototype and specialty cam builds.
Production & Shop Support
- Collaborate with production personnel on manual journal grinding to support finished UGL output.
- Assist with secondary operations including:
- Sand blasting
- Thread chasing
- Drilling for pump drives
- Provide hands-on support during peak production periods.
Qualifications:
- Experience in camshaft manufacturing, engine components, or precision machining.
- Strong understanding of cam cores, lobe geometry, and grinding processes preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in production scheduling and inventory planning.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
- Comfortable working in both a planning and hands-on shop environment.

What will you do?
- Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment, and make correct change
- Mix drinks following recipes and using company standardized proportions
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures
- Complete sales and inventory reports accurately
- Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
More about you
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
- Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times
