Main Ingredients of the Job
Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required

A client of Insight Global is seeking a high‐volume Recruiter to support increased hiring demand across our nationwide locations. This role focuses on front‐end recruitment activities: sourcing, resume review, screening, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. You will not own full-cycle hiring—your job is to drive candidate volume and keep the pipeline moving quickly.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high‐task recruiting environment and can manage multiple positions at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Support high‐volume hiring needs for 80+locations nationwide.
- Review and screen large volumes of resumes for entry‐level roles (e.g., logistics specialists, warehouse specialists, delivery roles).
- Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule interviews directly with hiring managers across multiple time zones.
- Meet required recruiting metrics, including a minimum of 3 scheduled interviews per opening.
- Partner with onsite recruiters and the recruiting lead to manage surge hiring needs.
- Maintain clean, consistent documentation in the ATS.
Must‐Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- High‐volume recruiting experience (warehouse, distribution, retail, logistics, or similar).
- Comfort working in a fast‐paced, high‐priority environment.
- Experience recruiting entry‐level, non‐technical roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many openings simultaneously.
- Professional communication skills when working with a high number of hiring managers.
Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:
Compensation:
$45/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
