Position Description

Provide support and assistance to the Division, Program Manager, team members, and clients to accomplish program goals and objectives. Primary job duties require exercising discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance to the business

Essential Functions:

Responsible for the data entry and maintenance of accurate records for each consortium membership and member.

Arranges meetings, conferences, video conferences, and telephone conferences, including equipment prep and testing, attendance tracking, room setup and catering, preparation of agendas and presentation materials.

Coordinates meeting registrations, memberships, supplies, materials, equipment and services for business unit and program requirements.

Assists in the development of, and provides support for, meetings, workshops, conferences, video conferences, and telephone conferences, including equipment prep and testing, attendance tracking, room setup and catering, preparation of agendas and presentation materials.

Assist with coordinate’s program presence at tradeshows: prepares and produces informational materials: contract for booth space and services; staff booth or assist with coordination of team member staffing; prepares and distributes various brochures, posters, press releases and other informational material.

Maintains electronic and paper files for programs in the business unit, including draft and version control, archiving and back-ups.

Provides general administrative support to business unit team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, or an Associate's Degree and two years related experience, or High School and six years of related experience.

Computer skills including intermediate Excel skills, MS Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project desired. MS Access experience a plus.

Ability to travel to conferences and meetings required. Weekend travel is very infrequent, but a remote possibility to support the client’s needs for an early Monday or late Friday event maybe needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is hiring a CMM Programmer with specific Zeiss and Calypso experience to join an original equipment manufacturer on their 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) in the Summerville, SC area. In this role you will be programming in Calypso daily, working with Zeiss Metrology machines to ensure adherence to established standards of strength, quality, cleanliness, and endurance. Inspection responsibilities include dimensional measurement, nondestructive testing, cleanliness, hardness, and positive material identification.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Perform independent inspection via dimensional measurements

- Perform independent inspections to validate materials, parts, and products meet established

- standards of strength, quality, cleanliness and endurance.

- Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards

- Prepare official inspection reports for submittal to the government

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Ability to work in a high part variability environment where you will test and inspect numerous different parts

- Proficiency with standard dimensional measurement equipment, including analog micrometers, depth gauges, height gauges, bore gauges, calipers, etc.

- Must be able to be processed for a US Security Clearance if needed

- Willing to work on 2nd Shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm

- Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program experience is a plus

As we continue to expand our footprint in multifamily renovations, we need someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and can juggle multiple high-impact projects without missing a beat.

What Success Looks Like in This Role (First 6–12 Months):

• Successfully manage 3–5 concurrent multifamily renovation projects, including unit upgrades and capital projects
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and property management teams
• Deliver each project on time and within budget
• Implement and enforce OSHA-compliant safety procedures across all sites
• Optimize workflows by improving procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Document all phases with detailed reporting, including before/after images and milestone tracking
• Establish a repeatable, scalable process for subcontractor evaluation and training

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

• Manage multiple rehab and capital improvement projects across different client sites.
• Assist in preparing project budgets, scopes of work, and cost breakdowns.
• Organize and track inventory, materials, and deliveries across multiple locations.
• Maintain OSHA and internal safety compliance procedures.

Subcontractor & Procurement Management:

• Source, evaluate, and manage subcontractors across various trades.
• Prepare detailed scopes of work for subcontractor bidding and comparison analysis.
• Train and onboard subcontractors/employees to align with company goals and ROI targets.
• Schedule and manage production timelines, coordinating closely with subcontractors and property teams.

Operational Excellence:

• Maintain and implement standardized rehab and capital expenditure (CapEx) procedures.
• Track project progress with accurate documentation: daily logs, sign-in sheets, specifications, safety records, before/after photos, and more.
• Manage administrative functions such as data entry, file management, and use of project management software to keep all stakeholders informed and organized.

Client & Property Relations:

• Schedule work in collaboration with property management teams.
• Conduct project walk-throughs and punch-outs as necessary.
• Provide ongoing updates to clients during and after project execution to ensure satisfaction.

Your Must-Haves

• Proven success in managing multifamily rehab and capex projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety procedures
• Excellent organizational skills, you keep projects on track without being micromanaged
• Confidence using Excel, SmartSheets, and construction management tools
• A strong network of reliable subs across key trades is a major plus
