What You'll Do
- Conduct building inspections for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects at various stages of construction.

- Communicate effectively with contractors, design professionals, property owners, and applicants to identify deficiencies and guide corrective actions.

- Coordinate closely with Planning, Fire, Engineering, and other City departments to support efficient permitting and inspection workflows.

Qualifications
- Experience performing building inspections in a municipal or consulting environment (required).
- ICC Residential Building Inspector (B1) Certification required (must be obtained at minimum).
- Additional ICC certifications (Building Inspector II/III, Combination Inspector, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the California Building Code and related regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply codes with fairness, consistency, and professionalism.
- Comfortable using inspection or permitting software (e.g., TRAKiT, Accela, EnerGov) or willing to learn.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
The primary responsibility of the Account Manager role is to identify, develop, and manage new customer relationships for a specialty chemical services and distribution organization. The individual will be assigned a specific territory and will be accountable for generating new business opportunities as well as maintaining and expanding existing accounts within the designated geographic area. Territory management will be executed in alignment with the established sales and marketing strategy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Sales
- Maximize direct Bulk and Mini-Bulk sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The individual must be a self-motivated professional who thrives on the ongoing development of new customer relationships through proactive outreach and cold calling. Strong sales capabilities, including a proven track record of successfully closing new business, are essential. The following key qualifications and attributes are preferred:

POSITION SUMMARY
The Legal Practice Assistant, working under the supervision of the Office Manager, provides a wide range of administrative, clerical, and document services to support the workflow and client service needs of attorneys and other timekeepers. Job duties require close collaboration and working with other assistants to and lawyers in the performance of a variety of administrative and practice specific duties as assigned. The Legal Practice Assistant is a non‐exempt position. The hours are 8:45 am – 5:15 pm, Monday ‐ Friday and additional hours as required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Collaborates with firm assistants and other teams to provide designated and "as needed" administrative services to assist in delivering exemplary service.
- Creates, edits, formats, and proofreads a wide variety of documents, including memoranda, correspondence, legal, and court documents.
- Receive assignments from attorneys and others, performing tasks as requested; update requestor regarding receipt and status of tasks/projects, and consistently meet agreed upon deadlines.
- Input attorney time into the WebTime time entry program. Stay up to date regarding client-specific billing requirements. Assist timekeepers with maintaining appropriate time entry requirements and standards through outreach and communication.
- Work with the Billing department in all aspects of the billing cycle, including but not limited to the review of client billing for accuracy, edits to content/grammar; resolution of billing problems; and efficient changes to the process.
- Accurately prepare and input attorney expense reimbursements and process client-related vendor invoices for payment.

- Perform other related duties, special projects, and assignments as required.
- Provide back-up support and vacation coverage.
- Proactively follows-up with managers and colleagues for feedback on projects completed and requests for additional assignments.

POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Talent and Career Strategy team, the Senior Paralegal provides advanced legal support throughout all phases of complex litigation and investigations while overseeing and directing the work of junior and midlevel paralegals. This role combines high-level case management responsibilities with team leadership, workflow coordination, and quality oversight. The Senior Paralegal will also play a critical role in fact development, evidence preservation, regulatory response, and risk mitigation. The Senior Paralegal operates with a high degree of autonomy, manages multiple matters at once, and serves as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, and external vendors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Litigation, Investigation, & Case Management Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all stages of large, complex litigation matters from inception through post-trial, including attending and supporting depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
- Apply advanced knowledge of federal and state procedural rules and electronic filing requirements; implement and maintain case calendaring and docketing systems, ensure accuracy of key dates, and provide guidance on court-related procedural questions.
- Prepare templates and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and related legal documents; assist with proofreading, legal cite-checking, Bluebook compliance, and case law retrieval.
- Organize and maintain electronic case files in accordance with firm protocols; manage high volumes of documents, including client and third-party communications, client collections, productions, deposition materials, exhibits, and trial materials.
- Assist attorneys with document collection, Relativity database setup, and management, including document production.
- Perform complex data analysis, tracking, and discovery management within Relativity, including document review and database searches.
- Prepare, organize, and manage exhibits and trial materials, including pleadings, witness preparation materials, trial notebooks, deposition designations, demonstratives, and digital courtroom presentations (e.g., Trial Director, OnCue).
- Assist attorneys with internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and compliance reviews.

Leadership & Training Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior and midlevel paralegals assigned to your matters.
- Review documents and filings of other teams members for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with paralegal onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify stretch assignments for more junior members of the team to build advanced litigation or investigative skills.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior paralegals, including instruction on firm litigation procedures and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in an AmLaw 100 or specialized litigation firm, with demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills appropriate for a senior-level role.
- Expert knowledge of Federal and relevant State procedural rules and electronic filing requirements, with strong familiarity with Federal and State court rules, case management systems, and e-filing databases.
- Experience drafting pleadings, and discovery requests and responses, with proficiency in legal cite-checking and Bluebook standards.
- Working knowledge of docketing applications (e.g., CompuLaw, PACER), litigation support and transcript management tools (e.g., TextMap, CaseMap, Opus2, NetDocuments), and document review/e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity).

Capacity Management and Operations is a new team supporting multiple internal Client organizations. We manage their Capacity Management process, improving it where necessary, and provide operational support for the work pipeline. Our engineers help resolve capacity regression cases which save the Client millions in data center running costs per year. We also enable the most cutting edge work by aligning the demand and supply for critical infrastructure.
Quick learning is the most critical part of this job. Each internal Client org is different, most of them are using custom tools and have different needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cross-functional capacity management or operations, but must be open to navigate a steep learning curve. Experience with automation, scripting and coding will be a great asset. Good communication is a must.
Key tasks
- Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders in each Client org to manage their current and future needs

- 3+ years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management
- Good understanding of capacity planning and monitoring
- Expert communication skills in English - both spoken and written - including being proactive about communication with team members and beyond the team
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, large-scale environment
- Willingness to learn and the desire to gain knowledge and skills to constantly improve qualifications
- Some extent of flexibility to participate in oncall rotation and oncall handover meetings

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, distribution, and productivity targets.
- Develop and follow an effective call plan to ensure regular customer visits, maintaining a rotation schedule of 4 to 12 weeks for all customers.
- Regularly visit customers to ensure optimal visual merchandising, refreshing point-of-purchase (POP) materials and board space to align with brand positioning and support product sell-through.
- Utilize reports, training, samples, and hardware/software to manage customer relationships and enhance sales performance.
- Cultivate and strengthen working relationships at all levels within practices and businesses.
- Conduct regular customer training sessions, using all available brand materials to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand positioning.
- Continue developing the existing customer base while prospecting for new business opportunities in the market.
- Represent Europa at local, regional, and national trade shows.
- Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics to leadership, contributing to the development of growth strategies.
- Attend required corporate training sessions, conference calls, and team meetings.
- Plan and execute trunk shows and other patient/consumer events in key practices to drive brand awareness and sales.

- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%), including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization.

Job Requirements
- Development of net new sales: Generate qualified prospects/customers, create consistent sales funnel, work with support groups within the company to develop customer proposals and sales collateral, lead onsite customer presentations, close deals and negotiate contracts within established guidelines on price and contract terms.
- Selling skills: complete organizational mapping of all buyers and buying influences, identification of key customer and buyer priorities, use weekly planning to overcome red flags.
- Planning and reporting: completion of quarterly plan (includes individual Account Plans, sales plan), timely and complete weekly sales reporting (both written and verbal reviews).

- Extensive account management, renewal sales, relationship based selling, consultative selling, managing sales cycles, maintaining and maturing client relationships.
- Demonstrated history of building long-term strategic relationships with CXO level people with client organization, consistently meeting and/or exceeding quota.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.
- Ability to work well in a team-selling and collaborative environment.
- College degree in the business or technology area. MBA would be an asset.
