Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the OSP Engineering Manager position will have the following qualifications: 1.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSP engineering, with a focus on FTTH and FTTB networks.

3.

Proven experience in managing a team of engineers, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

4.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control principles and practices.

5.

Excellent understanding of telecommunications regulations and standards.

6.

Strong technical skills, with the ability to solve complex OSP engineering problems.

7.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

8.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

9.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10.

Proficiency in the use of computer software applications, including CAD and GIS.
