RH2 Engineering is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to several Directors within RH2's engineering consulting firm. With your skills you will:


Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and resolve competing priorities for Directors.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and requests; respond or redirect as appropriate.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.

Project & Administrative Coordination

  • Assist with project administration, including tracking deadlines, updating project logs, and following up with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems aligned with RH2 corporate standards.

Meeting & Communication Support

  • Prepare agendas, compile meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Act as a central point of contact for Board of Directors, screening calls, emails, and requests to ensure appropriate prioritization.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks and deliverables.

Office & Team Support

  • Coordinate team events, staff meetings, training sessions, and departmental initiatives as needed.
  • Provide backup administrative support to the broader engineering team as needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 8 years of related experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional, ideally within engineering, architecture, construction, or a municipal consulting environment (minimum of 5 years directly related to supporting Director level and above).
  • Proven ability to work independently, excel at anticipating needs, and previously have supported multiple leaders with competing priorities.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF tools, and collaboration platforms such as Teams or SharePoint, as well as demonstrated use of AI driven tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in handling and maintaining highly confidential information.

Compensation Counts:

RH2 has an excellent multi-component compensation package built to recognize and financially reward our employees’ contributions throughout their career with the company. Individual base compensation will vary within the range of $35.00-$55.00/hour based on skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. RH2 values our employees’ work/life balance and compensates for overtime at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week.

Performs work in an indoor facility. The cashier's workstation is located at a front desk in the reception area of the Peter Kirk Pool. Throughout the day there is a high level of patron traffic. Employee works a flexible schedule which may include early mornings, evening hours and weekends. On occasion, must be able to provide own transportation. Hearing and speaking to exchange information, dexterity of hands and fingers to operate standard office machines and pool maintenance equipment. Seeing to read and analyze chemical tests, sitting or standing for extended periods of time, kneeling, or crouching and bending at the waist to conduct tests, lift patrons and/or facility materials of 50 lbs. (With assistance if weight is greater)

Open Role: Associate Attorney (Med Mal + Other various cases)

• Run a varied defense docket (heavy med-mal + opportunities in products/mass tort, premises, legal malpractice, appellate).

• Take and defend depositions, brief and argue motions, work closely with medical and liability experts, and appear in court regularly.

• Collaborate with trial teams on complex matters and handle cases end-to-end where appropriate.


We’re looking for

• 3–4+ years litigation experience in insurance defense or civil litigation; med-mal experience is ideal, PI-plaintiff lawyers with strong medical records/injury experience are welcome to pivot.

• Courtroom exposure, dispositive motion practice, deposition experience, and expert work (must-have).

• Comfort with defense time-keeping/billing.

• (Also open to candidates with ~2 years from a med-mal shop at a small/mid-size firm.)


Compensation + Benefits

• Base: Up to $160k depending on experience

• Bonus: Typically 15%-18% of base, based on overall performance, hours, and firm contributions (no rigid formula).

• Billables: 2,000 hours/year.
