Seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of ERP across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and finance functions. This role is responsible for full lifecycle ERP implementation including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, data migration, integration management, training, and post-go-live stabilization. The ERP Implementation Manager serves as the cross-functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical resources to ensure successful adoption and long-term system scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP Implementation including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment

• Conduct detailed business process mapping across engineering, production, supply chain, inventory, quality, and finance

• Translate operational requirements into workflows, modules, and system configurations

• Manage system integrations including PLM, CRM, MES, WMS, or third-party tools

• Oversee data migration strategy including data cleansing, validation, and master data governance

• Establish role-based permissions, approval workflows, and internal controls

• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and cross-functional accountability

• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external consultants, and NetSuite partners

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation efforts

• Develop training materials and facilitate user training sessions

• Monitor post-go-live performance and drive stabilization initiatives

• Identify system optimization opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and operational efficiency

• Establish ERP governance standards including change management and documentation controls

• Develop dashboards and reporting tools aligned with operational KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field

• 7+ years of implementation or enterprise systems experience

• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows including BOMs, production orders, inventory management, procurement, and financial controls

• Experience managing full lifecycle ERP implementations

• Strong project management skills with cross-functional leadership experience

• Experience with data migration, system integrations, and workflow automation

• Advanced understanding of internal controls and system governance

The Sr. Process RSPC, Cheese & Powder Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading projects related to the RSPC's areas and the process manufacturing of our cheeses and powder products, from design to full implementation and support the plant production and quality operations. Working with Operations, Research and Development, the Project Manager will be responsible for optimizing the various production systems, which directly and indirectly support the manufacturing process by implementing new process or modifying actual process. Will be involved with existing and new processes in the company.

Travel will be required up to 75% of the time to plants based in NY, WI, CA, ID, NH, VT, AZ, TN & MI or to manufacturers/vendors site locations nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Develop drawings, scopes of work, budgets and timelines as needed to prepare a project for submittal.
• Source vendors, negotiate and acquire quotes for project investments.

The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. Innosight is seeking a Senior Associate to join our consulting team. Senior Associates play a critical role in driving client impactpartnering closely with Project Managers and case teams to structure work, guide problem-solving, and deliver high-quality results. You will take on increasing managerial responsibilities, independently own complex workstreams, and help shape client recommendations and project storylines. • Support Project Leadership: Work closely with case teams and project managers to drive team thinking, work activities, and deliverables.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $200,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Innosight reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Innosight's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Innosight's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $206,250 - $250,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Innosight's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. Responsibilities

1.     Instruction

• You’ll co-teach and build an engaging and joyful classroom environment that encourages mastery and empowers students to engage in academic discourse.
• You’ll teach the basic principles of mathematics.
• You’ll teach reading and writing to build students' literacy skills: phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.
• You’ll teach an ELA curriculum that prioritizes meaningful texts and topics that are interesting and relevant. 
• You'll teach a Science curriculum that prioritizes knowledge of geology, astronomy, ecology, and cycles in nature to ensure students understand climate change and how to take care of the Earth.

2.     Data Analysis

• You'll meet weekly with your principal and/or instructional coach to analyze and respond to trends in student work samples and assessments.

Uncommon Schools teachers are required to become certified in the state of New York within a reasonable period after beginning employment.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is between $50,000 to $64,700.

Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant full-time teaching experience, education certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. Candidates without full-time Teaching experience will likely have a starting salary of $50,000.
