We are seeking an Applied Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning systems across the healthcare enterprise.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused primarily on predictive modeling, optimization systems, decision engines, and scalable ML infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines strong modeling expertise with production engineering and MLOps experience.

Essential Responsibilities

Machine Learning Development & Modeling (Primary Focus)

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and ML algorithms to address business challenges such as: Schedule Optimization, Propensity Segmentation, Demand Forecasting, and Pricing
• Conduct experimentation, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning to improve model performance in collaboration with data scientists
• Implement advanced modeling techniques including tree-based methods, deep learning, and optimization algorithms.

• Take ownership of model performance from experimentation through production monitoring.

MLOps & Production Engineering (Core Expectation)

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related technical field with 3-5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or related technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Experience building and deploying production-grade ML systems at scale.
• Strong hands-on experience with: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI (training, pipelines, deployment, monitoring), BigQuery and data warehousing
• Experience with distributed systems, model deployment, and API development.

Job Summary

The Design Engineering Manager (DEM) performs a variety of management, design, and drafting activities including structural analysis and design, preparing fabrication and installation drawings for construction projects, material order and project management. The DEM will take a construction project from start to finish for all engineering-related activities. The DEM reports to the Executive Vice President and should have the potential of working into a senior manager role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and prepare design analyses on concrete foundations, towers, bridges, hanger systems, and other structural elements of a construction project.

• Prepare dimensional drawings, installation drawings, and site layout drawings.

• Conduct surveying and layout at construction projects.

• Direct other engineers through projects.

• Work directly with and aid in managing the manufacturing shop processes.

• Review blueprints, plans, specifications and other customer documentation.

• Works on guidelines for installation drawings, which meet and exceed the customer’s requirements (bid and submittal phase). Implement these requirements on drawings prepared for the customer.

• Serve as an information source on planning and design of equipment installations.

• Maintain notes, design calculations and other documentation (e.g. drawings, bill of materials, list of design parameters, and /performance guarantees) for future reference.

Education and/or Experience

The Pipe Spooling Specialist is responsible for laying out complex mechanical rooms, creating spool assemblies, and generating detailed spool sheets and shop drawings. You will be heavily involved in the prefabrication process, from initial layout through issuing fabrication drawings and handling field and shop inquiries.

You Are:

• EXPERIENCED: Industry knowledge with previous experience in construction trades preferred

Position Summary

Seeking a solutions-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. This role is a combination of manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and continuous improvement. The engineer ensures products meet quality requirements, documents and improves manufacturing processes, supports new product launches, leads root‑cause problem solving, and drives initiatives to improve quality, cost, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing

• Production support activities when issues arise on the manufacturing floor.
• Action engineering change notifications
• Develop, document and maintain assembly and machining processes.
• Support new product introduction activities collaborating with design engineering.
• Recommend and implement new equipment and technology.
• Capital equipment procurement and project management.

Quality

• Ensure compliance with workmanship standards and quality system requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, inspection methods, and test documentation.
• Lead corrective and preventive action teams.
• Conduct internal audits; verify corrective actions.
• Support new product introduction (control plans and inspection documentation).
• Interface with customers to address quality issues and resolution.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Hands‑on assembly, machining, tooling, and fixturing, experience.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Experience working with customers and suppliers.
• Strong root‑cause analysis and statistical analysis skills.
• 3D modeling / 3D printing

Preferred Certifications
