Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
Overview
Responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, functionality, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, test plans, and inspection protocols.
- Design fixtures, improve processes, and recommend automation or new equipment.
- Promote and engineer safety into all manufacturing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve process gaps and implement mistake‑proofing.
- Support and qualify vendors to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience; ERP and project management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing limitations.
- 3D CAD experience required; SolidWorks preferred.
Salary Range: $105,000-$125,000
