We design and manufacture engineered-to-order industrial laundry and water treatment systems used across North America. Every machine we build is different. Every project has a schedule. And every late part has the potential to delay customer shipments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Issue purchase orders for mechanical, electrical, and fabricated components based on engineering BOMs and production schedules

Director of Manufacturing Operations

The Director of Manufacturing Operations is responsible for end-to-end manufacturing execution and scale for DeNova Detect’s life-safety product portfolio. This role ensures that products are built safely, on time, on cost, and in compliance, while building a resilient manufacturing ecosystem capable of supporting rapid growth across retail, commercial, utility, and legislative-driven demand.

This leader serves as the operational bridge between engineering, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams, translating product strategy into reliable, scalable production.

Core Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Production Leadership

• Own global manufacturing strategy across internal and contract manufacturing partners
• Establish and manage production plans aligned with sales forecasts and launch timelines
• Ensure consistent achievement of cost, quality, delivery, and yield targets
• Lead capacity planning to support demand surges driven by retail promotions, legislation, or national media exposure

Contract Manufacturer & Supplier Management

Overview:

Establishes, manages, reviews and maintains production schedules for assigned work center to ensure that the master production schedule is being executed. A well-established family-owned manufacturer of industrial water chillers and process cooling systems is seeking a Vendor Account Manager to support purchasing operations and supplier relationships. These chillers are used in advanced technology and industrial applications where reliable temperature control is critical.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization maintains strong vendor partnerships while keeping materials flowing to support manufacturing schedules. The Vendor Account Manager will work closely with engineering, operations, quality, and inventory teams to manage supplier performance, inventory planning, and purchasing strategy.
