A core focus of this position is ensuring Design and Project Engineers are positioned to perform their highest-value work-developing client relationships, shaping execution strategies, and ensuring system accuracy and expected functionality. This role partners closely with Engineering Documentation leadership to ensure documentation and support workflows are effectively leveraged, allowing Design Engineering resources to remain focused on technical leadership and client-facing responsibilities.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with ,execeptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $70,600.00- $86,500.00.

Develop and implement reliability strategy across multiple product phases including development, production and sustainment.
Support and/or lead a reliability engineering team consisting of varying levels of experience.
Lead analysis efforts supporting system design with respect to Product Reliability, Maintainability, and Failure Reporting and Corrective Action.
Lead in reliability disciplines including FMECA, Predictions, Derating, ESS and ALT.
Coach other Reliability engineers and work with functional leadership in identifying and implementing Reliability engineering development.
Review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with reliability requirements, analyses and/or test methodology development.
