Associate Director of Member Engagement Enablement

Reporting to the Vice President of Member Engagement, Experience, and Advocacy, the Director of Member Engagement Enablement is responsible for supporting the team’s charter by delivering on the 4th pillar. This person will partner deeply with enterprise technology to help scope, design and build the next generation of our consumer engagement infrastructure, leveraging the insights and needs of the entire MEEA team – especially member engagement programs and consumer research and performance measurement – as well as those of the broader organization to helps us advance our core member engagement-driven strategic imperatives, which includes member navigation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the consumer experience and engagement ‘enablement’ strategic portfolio project work project:
- Be the day-to-day business lead for the staged build of our core member engagement operational data platform
- E.g. ensure the phasing aligns with our strategic business needs and use cases, aware of interdependencies with other projects, vendors and partners in their own phases of development
- E.g. ensure all business use cases and needs across the organization are understood, represented and included for prioritization and then explaining the business rationale behind prioritization decisions to all stakeholders
- Be the day-to-day business lead for our email/SMS
- Design and advance future consumer engagement enablement strategic projects
- In support of our current and developing member engagement programs, and in partnership with the Associate Director of Member Engagement Programs, lead the work to ensure seamless data flow and integration across various engagement platforms including but not limited to CRM, omni-channel communication orchestration engines, and analytics platforms.
- Evaluate and consider emerging tools such as (AI, personalization engines, CRM/CMS innovations) for relevance and scalability
- For example, partner with the Associate Director of Member Engagement Programs and colleagues in Performance Measurement and Improvement (PMI) and Health and Medical Management to evaluate new machine learning and CenAI algorithms/tools that identify key points on members’ clinical journeys, the most impactful opportunities for navigation/guidance/intervention and how to prioritize across multiple clinical pathways when a member has multiple conditions, as well as factoring in other key interactions with BCBSMA to maximize relevance, strengthen our relationship with the member and increase the impact of engagement.
- Champion and prioritize AI, automation and self-service functions across all relevant domains and purviews above.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in health-related technology roles, with a strong preference for health plan experience and the deep understanding of health plan core technologies, data structures, formats and uses (for BCBSMA this means working knowledge and/or use of: DAL/CAR, RTMS, EDI, EAH, MSST and Data warehouse
- Preferred areas of specialization include (but not limited to): consumer experience and/or digital and marketing technologies; health plan analytics and performance measurement (actuarial, consumer experience, provider performance)

Summary
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing platform and gain broad exposure across both debt and equity commercial real estate asset management. The Analyst will be an active member of the asset management team for complex assets within a series of Commercial Real Estate debt-oriented investment vehicles, including first mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, real estate debt and equity securities, and other varied sophisticated credit investments as well as direct equity investments. In addition, the Analyst will support asset management responsibilities for a third-party client portfolio, including NAV calculations, fair value model maintenance, and portfolio-level reporting across a large portfolio of partnership assets.
Essential Functions
- Work as a team with commercial real estate portfolio asset managers
- Produce monthly and quarterly surveillance summaries and reporting for senior review which contain all relevant information related to monitoring borrower performance against business plan and compliance against loan documents as well as aggregated portfolio metrics
- Prepare cash flow models used for forecasting and investment performance
- Generate new reporting as necessary to monitor evolving risks
- Externally interact with borrowers, servicers, individual market experts and other transaction parties
- Meet strict monthly and quarterly deadlines
- Respond quickly and professionally to ad hoc questions and requests for analysis

- Collect and gross up partnership-level property financials for a portfolio of 100+ assets within property management and accounting software; ensure data integrity and consistency across all partnership deals to support accurate portfolio-level reporting
- Aggregate property-level financial data across the managed client partnership portfolio and produce comprehensive reports on overall portfolio performance, including key operating metrics, occupancy, and NOI trends
- Review construction loan draws and project progress against milestones, working with servicers and construction consultants to ensure borrowers have achieved conditions precedent to funding
- Request reporting packages and updates from borrowers to complete reports and analysis, as necessary
- Proactively monitor local markets, real estate industry news and trends as well as specific tenant health
- Review monthly loan reporting packages and summarize key metrics, changes and risks
Qualifications
- Minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management, credit, or investments required; exposure to both debt and equity asset types preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including hands-on experience updating and analyzing complex financial and valuation models; comfort navigating multi-tab models and identifying errors or anomalies in model outputs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Argus software
- Ability to input, reconcile, and gross up partnership-level financial data is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with NAV calculations and fair value modeling for real estate investment vehicles preferred
- Experience managing or reporting on large portfolios of partnership or joint venture assets, including aggregating financials from multiple deals

- Manage the completion of any contracted pre-construction scope

- Manage the project’s safety program, including generation of specific plan, employee orientation, supply management, and regular inspections.
- Create accurate scopes of work or purchase orders for sub/vendor teams, and manage the buyout process on-schedule
- Help the Site Super to maintain a clean, well-organized work space. Confirm that job site conditions, including appearance, attitude and morale of staff, are in line with KCB Baseline standards.
- Works with the Site Super to provide KCB tools and equipment, or rental gear, for the project as needed, and arrange transport to the site.
- Supports Site Super as they track hardware, material and supply needs for the project and organize their arrival: condensing lists and analyzing for efficiency, using as little KCB staff labor as possible to cause materials to arrive on site, on time.
- Works with the Site Super to manage the quality control process for the project
- Review crew hours daily, ensuring these are correct for billing.
- Update project schedule on an ongoing basis; share updates to project group and client at scheduled intervals and use updated info to create lookaheads with Lead or Super
- Generate accurate and timely biweekly project requisitions and payments, and maintain expected cashflow throughout the duration of the project
- Create Change Events when scope changes arise, move these into timely approval to avoid at-risk work and maintain a full understanding of approved Change Orders
- Participate in regular site meetings between customers (including their design team, if applicable) and KCB project staff.
- Maintain complete Procore project documentation, including RFIs purchase orders, sub commitments, change order logs, shop drawings, Owner meeting correspondence
- Create punch list with project team and manage its completion
- Manage the completion and closeout of subcontractors’ scopes and documentation
- Supervise the creation of the project’s Owner Manual
- Complete final organization and archiving of project files

POSTION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Superintendent position can be very diverse. Depending on the project size and challenges the Assistant Superintendent may be responsible for various scopes of work. These scopes of work range from foundation, structure and facade though MEP to interior rough and finish.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and implementing the field S.O.P. guidelines and programs in our daily activities
- Assist in managing and documenting all day-to-day job site activities including OSHA safety compliance
- Direct field personnel according to the project plan and/or the direction of the Superintendent and /PM Communicate issues, events, performance and job progress daily to the Superintendent
- Report problems promptly to the Superintendent to facilitate the most cost-effective solutions. Establish effective working relationships with clients and internally and externally

Project Start-Up/Turnover Meeting

Scheduling

Safety

- Track/log that all subcontractors have a full set of MSDS sheets on the project

Senior Software Engineer – Deployment & Reliability (Digital Pathology / Medical Imaging)
A fast-growing technology company operating in the digital pathology and medical imaging space is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and long-term reliability of advanced imaging and AI-driven software systems.
This role sits at the intersection of software deployment, infrastructure engineering, and site reliability, ensuring complex software platforms are successfully installed, integrated with customer IT environments, and maintained at high levels of performance and stability.
You will work closely with engineering, customer support, and monitoring teams to ensure a smooth transition from system deployment to ongoing operational support while contributing to improvements that make deployments more scalable and reliable over time.
Key Responsibilities
Deployment & Configuration
- Lead end-to-end deployments of imaging, AI, and data management software systems at customer environments
- Configure and integrate servers, clusters, and storage systems within hospital or laboratory IT infrastructures
- Work with networking, authentication, storage, and security configurations to ensure successful installations
- Collaborate with field engineering teams during system installation and commissioning
- Develop standardized deployment playbooks, documentation, and validation checklists
System Reliability & Upgrades
- Manage software version rollouts, upgrades, and patching across deployed customer environments
- Work with monitoring and observability teams to track system performance and health
- Troubleshoot complex issues across multi-component systems including imaging software, AI inference pipelines, and storage layers
- Improve automation around upgrades, rollbacks, and maintenance processes
Engineering Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring deployment or performance challenges and work with R&D teams to design long-term solutions
- Provide structured feedback from field deployments to improve product architecture and deployment workflows
- Validate new deployment tools, frameworks, and configuration approaches prior to wider rollout
- Contribute to improving the scalability and resilience of the overall platform
Customer IT & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a technical liaison with customer IT teams regarding networking, infrastructure, security, and data access
- Ensure deployments comply with institutional IT policies and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with support and monitoring teams to align escalation processes and root cause investigations
- Participate in post-deployment reviews to improve operational processes and reliability
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Maintain detailed installation and configuration documentation
- Develop deployment guides, troubleshooting documentation, and internal knowledge resources
- Support and mentor field teams on standardized deployment and configuration practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in software deployment, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or systems engineering
- Strong Linux (Ubuntu) administration and scripting skills
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with web service configuration (Nginx or Apache)
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including VPNs, firewalls, and authentication systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems across software, infrastructure, and data layers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and customer IT stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to medical imaging systems, digital pathology, or healthcare technology environments
- Familiarity with DICOM or PACS systems
- Experience deploying or supporting AI/ML models in production environments
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Knowledge of regulated environments and healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, IVDR)
- Experience supporting hardware and software integrated systems
