Job Summary and QualificationsReporting to different Laboratory Section Heads, this position is responsible for performing waived and moderate complexity tests, except for those moderate complexity tests requiring microscopy, or in the specialty of immunohematology. Performs venipuncture and skin puncture; orders and restocks supplies; monitors computer orders; answers phone; greets patients, visitors, and employees; and performs other related diagnostic and clerical duties as needed.
What qualifications you will need:- Valid California license as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
- Completion of State of California education and training requirements for licensure as a Medical Laboratory Technician
- Possession of a Valid California license as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
- At least 1 year experience in laboratory testing is preferred.
- Must be familiar with laboratory operations, terminology, clerical duties, and ability to work with computers as applicable to job performance. Ability to work as a team player and yet work independently.
- Prefer typing and data entry skills. Ability to prioritize Stat, ASAP, and Routine work.
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand English

Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Surgical Technician, he/she performs the scrub role as a member of the Perioperative team, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse for selected tasks in the administration of patient care within the operating room suite, you will prepare for surgical procedures and arranges sterile set-up of instrument table. Ability to work cooperatively with the surgical team. As a Surgical Technician, you will demonstrate competency in the practice of advanced level case assignment and advanced level equipment. OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Our elementary school (Match Community Day) has an immediate opening for a 4th grade English/Language Arts teacher. Lead Teachers are fully responsible for the growth and achievement of the students in their class. There are 24 students per class. The position is based at our elementary school campus on 100 Poydras St. in Hyde Park. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-2:45pm. Professional development on Wednesdays runs until 4:30pm.
The salary range for teachers new to Match is $61,812-98,899 and is determined by the candidates prior years of full-time teaching experience. Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager whose goal is to grow professionally in a fast-track environment. Ultimately, we envision this candidate progressing into senior executive leadership, growing from VP to Chief Operating Officer (COO), with commensurate salary increases and company equity. This progression will not happen overnight, but it is the clear long-term plan and goal for the company. Therefore, this individual must possess a unique personality, strong leadership presence, and exceptional work ethic.
We are looking for a candidate with professional experience primarily in operations across multiple departments, such as sales, marketing, customer service, and other internal teams. Your background may not align directly with our products or services; however, the ideal candidate can quickly learn this industry and thrive. Experience in medical education and/or aesthetics is a plus, but not required.
This individual will oversee day-to-day business operations within the office while simultaneously managing critical logistics. Responsibilities include coordinating with our physician instructor team, including our Chief Medical Officer, to plan new initiatives and expand both our live and on-demand curriculum; coordinating with vendor partners who attend
our events; helping create and plan new events; and preparing for upcoming seminars. The goal is to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage cross-functional teams, and is deeply committed to delivering an exceptional customer and employee experience.
In addition to internal operations, this individual will actively look outside the organization for new ventures and growth opportunities. This may include forming new vendor partnerships or
aligning with hospitals and medical schools to expand training opportunities. The Senior Operations Manager will maintain a thorough understanding of the industry and competitive landscape—not merely reacting to change, but proactively innovating and leading.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across multiple departments, including sales,marketing, customer service, events, and administration
- Oversee logistics and execution of nationwide training workshops and weekend seminars, ensuring flawless delivery from start to finish
- Manage and negotiate contracts with hotels and venues to secure optimal terms for weekend seminars
- Coordinate with faculty doctors and medical professionals to schedule workshops and training programs
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and processes that drive efficiency and scalability
- Partner with the executive team to set and achieve organizational goals, KPIs, and budgets
- Pursue external growth opportunities, including new vendor partnerships, hospital affiliations, and academic collaborations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competitors to drive innovation and sustain market leadership
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor attendance and performance metrics and deliver clear reporting to senior leadership
- Negotiate and manage vendor and partnership contracts; oversee supply ordering and vendor allocation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations experience (true operational leadership overseeing teams and departments, including project management)
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects with strict deadlines
- Strong knowledge of KPI reporting, Salesforce, and other common executive-level tools that you will oversee and manage
- Strong negotiation and vendor management experience
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and leadership levels
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive growth
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office
Work Schedule
Executive-level hours are expected—this is not a banker-hours role. Primarily onsite work is
required; some weekends and travel may be necessary based on operational needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual starting salary of $160,000 (higher for highly experienced professionals), with anticipated and expected growth into a role commanding significantly stronger compensation

Description:Fabricates and assembles details for all types of tooling such as jigs, fixtures, tools and dies, including pierce, blank and form dies, all standard and related tooling, standard power brake punches and dies, form blocks, plastic and wood tools, working in close conjunction with more highly -skilled tooling personnel; scribes lines for contour and hole location layouts from such references as tooling templates; prepares rough tooling stock for final finishing; trims laminated fiberglass tools; performs gating operations preparatory to casting plastic nests and faces for plastic forming tools; installs new or replaces worn or damaged bushings; mixes, prepares and applies plaster to pattern frames; makes splash frames for forming operations and takes less complex types of plaster splashes; clamps structural components for welding and locates tooling reference points on jig structures, tools and dies after methods and sequences have been determined by others; sets up and operates such equipment as drill presses, arbor presses, power shears, power saws, band files, radial drill presses, pedestal and disc grinders, and other power tools to perform such operations as grinding to form and maintain cutters, sanding, drilling, reaming, tapping, spot facing, counterboring, sawing and filing, where it is required to interpret and work from blueprints, tooling drawings and sketches, using machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments, and exercising a knowledge of cutting characteristics of metals, feeds and speeds of machines and of related machine shop practices and procedures, including shop mathematics.
Fabricates, assembles, and reworks multiple operation router blocks and/or multiple operation hand and hydropress forming blocks and accessories, when required tooling and information are available.
Lays out flat and simple templates using empirical bend allowance formulae.
Makes templates from flat layout masters; makes sample parts from extruded or standard formed materials where pickup and/or interpretation of information from plaster patterns; fabricates individual countour templates for use in box template setups.
Performs modification and rework of the level of difficulty of the operations described above.
PERFORMS SUCH RELATED DUTIES AS:
Fabricates shims, spacers, clamps, jig base and locator pads, ribs and other structural components. Prepares rough die stock, pipe, bar, plate and tubular stock for layout, machining, painting or inspection.
Moves, positions and helps others in handling, moving and positioning parts, dies, tools, equipment, fixtures and heavy materials as assigned; assists others in braking down setups, and returns tools and fixtures to proper sources; lays out and finishes simple templates such as individual trim, drill and bend templates, working from established references and blueprints, duplicates all types of individual templates from master layouts; cuts, fits, punches, shears and repairs templates as required; operates such machinery as saws, routers drill presses, shears, pedestal and disc grinders to perform such routine operations such as trimming, burring, sanding and drilling; performs assembly of tooling.
Paints and properly identifies and codes tooling.
Improvises shop aids to facilitate completion of work assignments.
Performs disassembly and cleaning of tooling. Checks tools for wear, damage, etc., and replaces defective or worn components such as bushings, shims, clamps and pins, and reassembles same.
Helps to maintain work area and machinery in a clean and orderly condition.
May require certifications and must be able to work any shift.
Basic Qualifications:
Utilizes Blueprint Reading and shop mathematics or equivalent.
Must possess a minimum of one year of experience operating machine tools.

Under the direction of the Wardrobe Manager, the Seamer/Seamstress is responsible for operating a sewing machine to join, gather, hem, reinforce, construct, decorate uniforms and mass production of accessories. Fits, measures and performs all other necessary alterations to Enterprise issued wardrobe.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs uniform sewing, alternations, and embellishments with accuracy and efficiency to include taking up stride, lengthening/shortening tails on shirts, tapering shirts, adjusting waists, hemming trousers, mending tears, replacing zippers, applying patches, applying name strips, applying striping and applying patches.
- Delivers outstanding customer service by demonstrating a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship involved in achieving a precise uniform fit. Accurately takes measurements and marks garments for alterations, applying problem-solving skills to address individual sizing challenges.
- Operates industrial sewing equipment efficiently, adhering to established processes and procedures to meet both departmental objectives and individual productivity targets. Supports seasonal demands by contributing to the mass production of accessories as needed.
- Measures customer for size, using tape measure, tailors chalk, pins and records measurements and modifications into garment tracked computerized software system.
- Communicates supply needs to management, ensures supplies are available at all times. Maintains equipment and report damage or broken equipment immediately.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Minimum two (2) years of related experience and/or training in a retail, department store and/or a uniform company supplying tailored garments required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
- Intermediate level of sewing using industrial sewing machine, serger, iron and blind hemmer or equivalent experience required.
- Computer experience and garment tracking computerized software program preferred.
- Strong written and verbal skills, as well as solid attention to details required.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities, have follow-through and strong organizational skills that allow you to thrive in a fast-paced environment required.
Licenses, Certifications and Registrations
