Title: Clinical Laboratory Assistant

Machaon Diagnostics is a clinical reference laboratory, specializing in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of hemostatic and thrombotic conditions. We are looking for a passionate, intellectually hungry, recent college graduate interested in gaining clinical laboratory, contract research, and clinical trial experience to fill our laboratory assistant job opening. Past laboratory assistants have had the opportunity to enter into CLS, MD, PharmD and other allied health graduate programs.

Job Details: Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of standard clinical laboratory practices. Review requisitions, orders tests and processes specimens in preparation for laboratory procedures. Perform general laboratory maintenance tasks including preparing reagents, re-stocking consumables and washing glassware. Assist with quality control and quality assurance paperwork. Assist with clinical trials including completion of Institutional Review Board documentation, subject recruitment, screening, and management, and performance of research related testing. Design and revise forms and protocols. Adhere to Machaon policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor, manager or medical director. Interact with patients, subjects, visitors, physicians, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner. 

Qualifications:

-B.A./B.S with coursework in chemistry, biochemistry, immunology, molecular biology, statistics and related subjects required.   

-6 months or more related experience preferred.

-Strong organizational skills

-Strong communication skills

-Proficiency in MS Excel, including statistical applications

The Division of Hematology and Cellular Therapy of the Allegheny Health Network Cancer Institute, primarily located at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, seeks a highly skilled and compassionate physician leader with expertise in Hematology and Cellular Therapy (HSCT and CAR-T). This position offers a Division Chief leadership role in a growing and dynamic Hematology and Cellular Therapy program dedicated to clinical and translational research as well as exceptional patient care.

The Division Chief works with the AHN Cancer Institute Chair and other leaders to develop and implement strategies and processes for patients under the care of the Division of Hematology and Cellular Therapy. The Division Chief shall also maintain all current and future standards of care, both inpatient and outpatient, as well as accreditations needed to assure service for the region. The Division Chief will maintain the same standards and accreditations for subdivisions of the Cell Processing and Molecular Hematology Laboratory. Marketing & Pitch Materials

• Assist with the creation of OMs, case study's, and proposals.
• Draft investment highlights, market narratives, and property descriptions.
• Contribute to the firm's marketing efforts on branding, strategy, deal launch execution.

Transaction Support

• Maintain data rooms and due diligence materials.
• Track active buyers interest, offers, and transaction milestones.
• Support the transaction process both internally and externally from launch to closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Multifamily investment sales experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Texas's commercial real estate markets.
• Real Estate Salespersons License required, may be in the process of obtaining one.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and commercial real estate & market data platforms.
