Responsible for performing all administrative duties associated with processing service contracts, customer changes and supporting the service sales department as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Reviews service contract booking packages. Includes completing customer number request forms, reviewing and completing Installed Base forms and verifying the service contract transmittal forms. Creates branch service file and mechanic file.
- Ensures that customer change forms are accurate and forwards to regional contract administrators. Completes service contract change requests and attaches all relevant information to existing contract.
- Verifies all information on new EDS sheets and updates contact information in service contracts. Searches databases, customers, Installed Base and service contracts for existing information.
- State of NH billing and compliance components will be a key part of this role.
- State billing and compliance support: State of NH invoicing and testing coordination, as well as ME state testing.
- Dispatch and scheduling support: Assist with daily dispatching, off-route activity, vacation coverage, and general schedule coordination. Participate in daily morning huddles to review sick units, labor availability, and scheduling adjustments.
- Receives and reviews final acceptances from construction and modernization departments. Processes owner and unit changes as necessary.
- Prints special deck invoices and mails to customers. Prints service contract invoices upon request from customers or branch.
- Participates in monthly A/R conference calls with Regional Collectors. Actively pursues and follows-up on A/R items.
- Prepares and submits credit memos. Actively cleanses unapplied credits and submits washout requests as necessary.
- Assists with processing certificates of insurance for service jobs.
- Maintains PCard for use by branch.
- Supports sales efforts as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Legal team to support SEC filings and maintain modern, well‐organized corporate governance policies.
- Manage board and committee operations, including preparing agendas, coordinating material reviews, overseeing distributions, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on schedule.

The Project Superintendent is responsible for directing and overseeing all field operations on construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This role leads site teams, coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, and serves as the primary on-site representative for the company. The Superintendent manages daily site activities, enforces safety and quality standards, acts as the key liaison between field and project leadership, and is expected to mentor staff, drive accountability, and support company-wide initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead field operations by setting clear goals, establishing priorities, and aligning daily site activities with project and company objectives.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, Project Engineers, and field personnel, promoting professional growth, teamwork, and a collaborative culture.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns proactively.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor overall project work schedules, including identification of the critical path and expediting critical materials and equipment to support timely completion.
- Coordinate and manage trade partner and subcontractor scheduling, staffing levels, logistics, and site access to ensure work is properly sequenced and integrated.
- Ensure work is installed in accordance with approved contract documents, including drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly job site that meets or exceeds company standards for site presentation.
- Lead and enforce the site safety program: adhere to all applicable safety codes and regulations, ensure subcontractor compliance, and conduct/document regular site safety audits.

- Participate in the building permit process as required and ensure compliance with permit conditions and inspection requirements.

Education & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in field supervision of all phases of commercial construction.

Position will also require implementation of Engineering Change notices, so a strong background/experience of engineering implementation process is desired.
Experience/Skills: Sound mechanical engineering background (mechanical and system modeling and design, component modeling and design) Development of Performance Envelopes (Duty Tables).
Generation of 2D layouts and studies (e.g.
AutoCAD).
Strong 3D modeling skills and ability to analyze interfaces and interferences.
Strong communications and leadership skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Engineering change implementation process experience.
Experience with Root cause analysis, DFMEA, and other investigative ENG tools.
Requirements Management with team and stakeholders Design documentation with Mathcad desirable.
Previous Elevator Experience strongly preferred.
Education: BS Degree in mechanical engineering degree with 6+ years’ experience MS degree with 4+ years’ experience Position Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to evaluate and report the impact of changes, whether from a part or sub-system, to the elevator system envelopes.
Engineer may need to develop dimensional studies (including 3D modeling), performance studies, cost benefit analysis, prototyping, test plans, or code requirement studies of all affected sub-system(s).
