UPMC Kane is seeking a dedicated and skilled ENT Physician (Otolaryngologist) to join our team as a solo practitioner. The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology and committed to providing exceptional care to patients with a variety of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions. This is a full-time position that offers a balanced mix of surgical and clinical responsibilities, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Position Details:
- Service Line Leadership: Develop and grow the ENT service line at UPMC Kane as the primary otolaryngology provider, with full hospital support.
- Comprehensive ENT Practice: Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
- Diverse Surgical Mix: Perform a variety of ENT surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures, with opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Collaborative Environment: Partner with primary care, audiology, speech therapy, and other specialists to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
- Integrated Technology: EPIC EMR for seamless documentation and communication.
As the sole ENT specialist at UPMC Kane, you will have the autonomy to build and shape the ENT service line, supported by a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology
- American Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology

Required Qualifications:
Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
Board Certification or board eligibility in Otolaryngology
Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
The salary range for this role is $350,500 to $628,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Schedule & Requirements
- Typical Work Week: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Clinical Split: 60% clinic and 40% OR/procedures.

- Call Requirements: 1:6 call coverage shared with surrounding ENT practices and local Army ENT providers.
- Skills: Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with the ability to multitask and manage a wide range of patients.

Midwest Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT) Specialists is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Otolaryngologist to join our well-established, physician-led specialty practice in the Twin Cities. Midwest ENT is comprised of 17 physicians (8 ENT, 5 Facial Plastic MDs, 2 Allergists, 1 Neurotologist, and 1 Head and Neck Specialist), 5 Physician Assistants, and 5 clinics located throughout the east metro of the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.

Rhinology
Midwest is actively seeking a fellowship-trained Rhinology Otolaryngologist (ENT) to help expand our growing rhinology practice. What You Will Do:
- You will play a meaningful role in supporting providers and patients during their clinic visits.
- Monitoring clinic schedules, greeting and guiding patients to their examination room, and collecting pertinent medical information for their health records.
- Act as valued partner in delivering an outstanding patient experience by coordinating and communicating with other members of the health care team, including nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and physicians, among others.
- Depending on scope of certification or license, some employees will be assisting with minor in office procedures, giving injections and immunizations and other laboratory/sample collections.
What You Will Need:
- As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): NREMT & MN EMT certification
- As a Medical Assistant (MA): Possess a Medical Assistant Diploma with proof of completion of a 160-hour externship OR hold AAMA Certification OR AMT Registration.
- As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Active Minnesota LPN license
- As a Visit Facilitator: In the absence of a certification or license, a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service experience is required
