The base salary range for this position is$130,000 - $140,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

Position Overview
The VDC Project Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing construction planning through accurate coordination and quality by integrating reality capture technologies and digital workflows. This position leads the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM), field technology, and model-based processes to enhance coordination, precision, and efficiency across all phases of the project lifecycle. The VDC Project Manager collaborates closely with preconstruction, operations, and field teams to ensure that models, data, and technology are seamlessly aligned with project delivery and on-site execution.
Assigned Responsibilities
- Develop and implement companywide VDC standards and templates.
- Train teams on VDC tools to boost digital proficiency
- Lead BIM/VDC coordination across architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Develop and maintain discipline specific BIM models.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and designers to ensure accurate model-based planning and execution.
- Manage BIM Execution Plans and VDC standards.

Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Digital Ad Operations & Monetization to help scale and optimize our digital advertising business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, ad technology, and revenue operations, responsible for both executing digital advertising campaigns and helping develop the pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for our streaming and digital platforms.
The position will partner closely with both digital and sales leadership to ensure digital advertising products are structured competitively and delivered effectively across all digital distribution channels, including CTV, web, mobile and social. In addition to running day-to-day ad operations, this individual will evaluate our ad tech stack, vendor ecosystem, and operational workflows, helping shape the systems and processes needed to support continued digital revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong digital ad tech and ad operations background in media who is ready to expand into revenue strategy, inventory packaging, and platform monetization.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Operations & Campaign Execution
- Own day-to-day digital ad operations, including campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, optimization, and reporting across streaming, FAST, web, and social platforms.
- Manage advertising delivery across ad servers, programmatic platforms, and SSPs to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet performance expectations.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and optimize campaigns to ensure fulfillment and revenue targets are achieved.
- Coordinate closely with sales, client services, and technical teams to ensure accurate campaign execution.
- Document and refine ad operations workflows to ensure processes scale efficiently as digital inventory and advertiser demand grow.

JOB SUMMARY The Digital Marketing & Campaign Operations Manager ensures Axis's digital campaigns are executed with excellence and drive measurable growth in engagement with our resources. In close partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer, collaboration with the Axis Marketing Team, this role translates strategy into coordinated action—owning campaign workflows, user journeys, and performance optimization. Working alongside the Systems Administrator / Business Analyst, they ensure marketing systems, integrations, and reporting are aligned, reliable, and positioned to support long-term growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Digital Project & Campaign Management
- Translate strategic campaign plans into detailed digital execution workflows.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control for donor and resource campaigns.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the digital agency, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign goals, audience targeting, and performance expectations.
- Manage day-to-day agency execution, while strategic evaluation of media channels, spend allocation, and growth direction is guided by the CMO and Digital Consultant.
2.Website & User Journey Coordination
- Act as the internal lead coordinating with web developers and content stakeholders to ensure seamless, high-conversion digital experiences.
- Map and optimize the full user journey from ad or email click to resource engagement or donation.
- Ensure all campaign-related pages and user flows are functional, responsive, and conversion-optimized.
- Collaborate with developers and SEO partners to implement technical SEO best practices, including site structure, page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
3.Marketing Technology & Email Operations
- Oversee the backend of email operations (list segmentation, deliverability, send timing) in collaboration with the Comms Manager who owns messaging.
- Maintain and optimize campaign workflows within HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking, automation, and lead flow.
- Monitor form performance, lead capture, and campaign tagging within HubSpot.
- Understand and implement best practices for improving email deliverability, including sender reputation management, domain authentication, and list hygiene.
4.Digital Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns, including paid media, SEO, email, and web traffic.
- Report on KPIs, conversion metrics, and ROI, sharing regular performance updates with leadership and collaborators.
- Identify and recommend optimizations based on campaign data and testing outcomes.
- Monitor technical SEO performance and coordinate implementation of improvements with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop feedback loops that provide the marketing team with clear insights on key campaign metrics to inform acquisition strategies and understand engagement trends.
5.Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Ensure campaign execution is aligned across Comms, Creative, Media, and external partners, with clear timelines and shared accountability.

The Opportunity
As a dedicated Senior Property Adjuster, you will work within defined guidelines and framework, investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle complex property insurance claims presented by or against our members. You will confirm/analyze coverage, recognize liability exposure and negotiate equitable settlement in compliance with all state regulatory requirements. Adjusters recognize and empathize with members’ life events, as appropriate.
This hybrid role requires an individual to be in the office 3 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Tampa, FL or Chesapeake, VA. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
The Inside Senior Property Adjuster role is a telephone concentrated environment without physical inspection of loss. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available. Training will be approximately 12 weeks, Monday – Friday and hours may vary by location. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to an eight-hour work shift ranging between 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (local time) Monday to Friday with availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.
What you'll do:
Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of claims with moderate complexity damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage.
Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate moderate complexity claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.
Investigates claim damages by conducting research from various sources, including the insured, third parties, and external resources. May identify and resolve potential discrepancies and identifies subrogation potential resulting from unusual characteristics.
Identifies coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determines and creates Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, when appropriate. Determines coverage through analyzing investigation information involving moderate complexity policy terms and contingencies.
Determines and negotiates moderate complexity claims settlement. Develops recommendations and collaborates with management for determining settlement amounts outside of authority limits and accurately manages claims outcomes.
Maintains accurate, thorough, and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process.
Applies proficient knowledge of estimating technology platforms and virtual inspection tools; Utilizes platforms and tools to prepare claims estimates to manage moderate complexity property insurance claims.
Applies working knowledge of industry standards of inspection, damage mitigation and restoration techniques.
Serves as an informal resource for team members.
Recognizes and addresses jurisdictional challenges such as applicable legislation and construction considerations.
Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.
May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.
Works various types of claims, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.

Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Working knowledge of property claims contracts and interpretation of case law and state laws and regulations.

May need to travel up to 50% of the year (local & non-local) and/or work catastrophe duty when needed.
Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $63,590 - $114,450

The New York State Executive Chamber is seeking a high-energy Content Associate to join our Digital-Creative Team. This team is the primary architect of the administration's digital voice, responsible for executing a high volume of written and visual content across all major channels, including social media, email, SMS, and official web platforms. Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, the Content Associate will serve as a critical partner in managing Governor Kathy Hochul’s digital presence.
In this role, you will be on the front lines of communicating the Governor’s agenda to millions of New Yorkers. You will balance a fast-paced writing and messaging portfolio with on-the-ground field production, directly capturing the Governor’s work as it happens.
