Our 2 General is a 24-bed unit that specializes in cardiac and nephrology care. Cardiac patients are post Cath or EP, CHF, chest pain, and drips. Care is also provided on this unit for our acute and chronic renal failure patients.

Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.

The nurse provides continuous vigilance and tele-nursing focused on early prevention/intervention of abnormal fetal heart rate tracing within Baptist Health.
This remote operation is staffed by skilled labor and delivery RNs, providing essential remote monitoring of fetal tracings for obstetric patients across multiple healthcare facilities.
As an RN in this role, you will collaborate with bedside teams across various Labor and Delivery units within our system to provide additional observation of fetal tracings.
Your primary responsibilities will include early identification, notification, and escalation of concerning tracings, while advocating for evidence-based practices and guiding fellow nurses in their professional growth.

The Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) manager is a fast-paced position overseeing the planning and coordination of a variety of projects. The VDC Manager will lead all aspects of Harvey Cleary’s VDC construction initiatives across the company, ensuring projects are taken from the design phase and digitally modeled to solve coordination issues before the start of field installation.
This role will function as a subject matter expert for VDC processes and technology innovation platforms, ensuring that building Information modeling (BIM) coordination is utilized throughout the Harvey Cleary organization. The VDC Manager will report to the Director of Technology while supporting various operations teams in the successful VDC delivery of projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations of VDC team members.

- Provide technical expertise to assist business development and marketing teams in pursuit efforts, including interview preparation and assistance with site logistics, physical models and 4D site logistics models.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to review the BIM coordination process, as needed, in collaboration with project teams.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the VDC team is producing construction documents that are efficient, accurate, and appropriate for the team’s use in their coordination efforts.
- Mentor and guide the VDC department staff to further the value of the department and it’s day to day responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent training/experience.
- 5+ years AEC industry experience in VDC role, preferably in the construction industry.

As a Principal Government Solutions Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple activities and projects, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative communication solutions and ensure alignment with Iridium’s initiatives. In this role, you will focus primarily on advising clients and partners, integrating emerging technologies, and delivering scalable, cost-effective solutions that meet the unique needs of government customers. Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required; TS/SCI strongly preferred. Candidates with an active TS clearance must be eligible and willing to obtain SCI access. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
What You’ll Do:
- Architect mission-focused solutions that integrate Iridium Mobile Satellite Services (voice, data, and IoT) with tactical radios, network infrastructure, mission applications, and cloud platforms to meet U.S. Government requirements for operations, cybersecurity, resiliency, and interoperability.
- Work directly with government agencies, partners, and internal cross-functional teams to understand requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with Iridium’s initiatives
- Identify and integrate innovative technologies into existing systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
- Serve as a technical advisor, providing guidance on system capabilities, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring optimal system performance
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to technical specifications, and alignment with client objectives
- Foster strong relationships with government clients, deliver technical presentations, and provide training to ensure effective use of Iridium solutions
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations of technical solutions and recommendations to customers in one-on-one meetings, briefings, and large conference settings, tailoring content to both technical and executive audiences
- Monitor industry trends, gather feedback from stakeholders, and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall performance and value of Iridium’s solutions
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the satellite or military communications industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues clearly and confidently, and recognize and adapt to different communication techniques
- Comfortable speaking in front of audiences (small working groups and at industry conferences)
- Can easily build meaningful relationships with others, including senior leadership outside of your own department, and is comfortable providing constructive feedback to your team members and management
- Ability to support relationships and network internally and externally to facilitate business objectives
- Be able to analyze a situation or problem, generate effective solutions, and see those solutions through to completion
- Must possess the creativity and resourcefulness needed to make reliable decisions and determine methods on new assignments
- Can thrive in a dynamic environment by handling multiple tasks and managing shifting priorities
- Be proactive in sharing knowledge you’ve learned with others
Things That Would be Great if You Brought to the Table:
- Prior military, DoD (Department of Defense) civilian, or DoD contractor experience
- Knowledge of Iridium call processing, gateway architecture, and Space Vehicle (SV) interactions
We’ll also need you to:
- Be able to travel up to 30%
- Be a US Citizen
Work Environment:
This position primarily works in an office setting and is largely sedentary with the majority of the position working with a computer. The role typically requires the use of basic office equipment such as a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse, and printer.
