Serves as a member of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team.  Participates as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team in the planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans that meet the objectives, standards and policies of the PACE model of care.  Demonstrates proficiency in administering nursing care in a professional and respectful manner with the goal of assisting frail elders to remain living in the community for as long as they can do so safely.  This position is full time M-F 8am to 4pm with no weekend or holiday hours.  

This is a full-time position, Monday- Friday 8-4 position; no nights, weekends or holidays!

Responsibilities:

• Provides direct care to participants. Completes initial and periodic assessments for participants, develops and revises care plans according to emergent and pre-existing needs.
  -Collects the necessary medical and social information to ensure comprehensive decisions are made which ensure the safety and well being of participants.
  - Monitors clinic care & service delivery to ensure conformance with established quality assurance and operational policies, procedures and standards.
  - Remains attentive to participants’ health status and social functioning; assists with identification of overt problems/needs and sets priorities; treats problems requiring immediate referral and/or follow-up; and interprets and records latest diagnostic results, as indicated.
  - Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to develop a comprehensive care plan for each participant incorporating immediate and continuing care needs, including the participant and family perspective.
  - Actively takes part in implementing a summary on each client to help the state determine Nursing Home Level of Care.
  - Ensures all tests, lab work and diagnostic studies ordered by the Physician have been carried out.

• Manages all aspects of plant Quality Systems including, CAPA, Supplier Quality, Change Control, in-process Quality Assurance, Quality Control, complaint management and validation functions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, microbiology or similar life sciences or technical field such as engineering, mathematics, etc.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of pharmacuetical industry experience in a Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory Affairs function including experience in manufacturing and control of bulk drug substances, and solid dosage form drug products.
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in a pharmaceutial quality/regulatory affairs environment.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous experience serving as a pharmaceutical manufacturing site leader of a significant quality function (Total Plant population >500 persons, Quality Function >100 persons).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops, integrates and documents structural requirements to establish the system design.

• Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment.

• Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance.

• Develops test plans and configurations, supports test execution and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.

• Defines and documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied.

• Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements.

• Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the North Charleston, SC location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)

• 5+ years of experience in the structural or aerospace industry

• 3+ years of experience performing structural analysis on metallic structures

• 2+ years of experience performing structural analysis on composite material systems

• 2+ years of experience working on primary aircraft structures

• 2+ years of experience collaborating and performing oversight on projects with international partners/suppliers

• 1+ years of experience supporting test development and execution

• Ability to apply classical hand analysis methods

• Ability to perform FEA and understand/utilize/validate results

• Prior experience with aircraft, heavy structures, hardware systems or interiors manufacturing/production systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Works under general direction.

• 5+ years of experience performing the primary responsibilities in a lead capacity working under minimal direction

• 2+ years of experience developing certification related documentation

• 2+ years of experience developing or leading test execution

• 1+ years of experience developing analytical processes or tools

• Current or prior DER/AR/E-UM
