What You'll Do
Manage supplier relationships and commercial activities such as business and technology reviews, RFQs, and roadmap/strategy discussions.
Craft comprehensive commodity and business strategies aimed at maximizing efficiency and driving down costs through strategic initiatives,
Lead executive business reviews with internal/ external stakeholders.
Establish commodity strategic direction by working with our technical teams, understanding the technical and the necessary business requirements that allow for a competitive advantage and position us for profitable growth. This requires a deep understanding of the supply base, technical needs and cost structures.
Build robust supply chains based on product requirements and needs at the most basic levels of our supply chain to ensure that we have a complete and thorough understanding of the Sonos supply chain.
Ensure continuity of supply. Set up long-term/ short-term capacity planning with supplier, partner with Operations and Material teams to schedule supply to meet Sonos's component demand.
Collaborate with Product design and Engineering teams to review initial specifications of the parts/modules recommend sources to influence technical decisions in early phase of the program.
Be able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Evaluate technical and business risks, analyze based on the data and create mitigation plans/alternatives.
Need to support management of development builds, materials, and any risk to execute successful ramp in NPI stage.

The base pay range for this role based off geographic location is:
$133,000 and $166,800The specific pay offered will depend on the candidate's geographic location, as well as qualifications and experience. We apply geographic pay differentials based on the cost of labor in the market. Employees in high-cost locations may be compensated at the upper end of the range, while those in medium or low cost markets may be compensated at the lower end of the range. As a Mission Systems Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Systems team and will report to the Systems & Safety Manager. As part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to expanding the aircraft's mission and functional capabilities. You will collaborate with members from other groups within Reliable Robotics to develop new and novel systems necessary for unmanned aircraft operations.
Responsibilities
In your role as a Mission Systems Engineer you will contribute to the development of prototypes and certifiable safety-critical flight systems in a dynamic start-up work environment
Define and document mission-related aspects of future aircraft operation using insight from a pilot's perspective
Define and communicate strategies and plans for type certification and operational approval
Develop training and support documents needed to deploy autonomous systems in an operational environment
Support system architecture development and assess trade-off studies regarding performance, complexity, risk, and effort
Capture system requirements and interfaces to drive avionics hardware and software development

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Debug Technician to perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level diagnostics on complex server and data center hardware. This role supports the repair and analysis of multilayer PCB assemblies used in high-performance computing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with server-class electronics and the ability to diagnose complex hardware issues using advanced test equipment and engineering documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level debug on complex multilayer PCB assemblies used in server and data center hardware.
• Diagnose issues within high-speed digital, power distribution, and mixed-signal circuits using schematics, PCB layout files, POST codes, BIOS logs, boundary scan tools, and diagnostic utilities.
• Utilize advanced electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and automated test platforms.
• Execute precision rework and debugging of fine-pitch and large-body BGA components using controlled thermal profiles, X-ray verification, and industry-standard rework techniques.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis to identify recurring failure modes and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve hardware functionality issues, refine debugging methodologies, and improve repair processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed debug guides, troubleshooting flowcharts, and repair documentation to standardize diagnostic processes.
• Track yield performance, repair cycle times, and failure trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with installation, validation, and optimization of advanced test and rework equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to ESD, safety, and quality standards when handling sensitive electronic components.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to improve team capability and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise server, storage, or networking hardware repair.
• Strong understanding of server power architecture, VRM design, and high-speed signal integrity fundamentals.
• Experience troubleshooting DDR memory, PCIe interfaces, and other high-speed interconnect technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electronic schematics and PCB layout files.
• Hands-on experience with advanced electronic test and diagnostic equipment.
