Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
- Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about any non-medicinal follow-up measures, such as healthy diet and exercise, disease prevention, and/or other lifestyle changes. Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management.
- Manages evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to meet and exceed quality measures and enhance the exceptional care provided to patients.
- Manages the quality of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that promotes and supports recovery.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: By following the care plan that has been completed by the nursing supervisor, the home health aide provides assistance with the following:
- Maintain a healthy, safe environment. Providing nutritional and environmental support.
- Assist with personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, walking, and feeding the client.
- Position the client when instructed to do so.
- Assist with certain treatments and therapy as ordered by the physician and approved by the nursing supervisor.
- Remind the client to take medications.
- Assist with payment of bills only when authorized to do so and it is documented on the assignment sheet.
- Run errands when authorized to do so. Documentation on the aide charting sheet daily.
- Report any important information or changes in the client's condition to the agency and/or the nursing supervisor when necessary.

- Emotional support and the development of a trusting relationship between the aide and the client.
- Encouragement of client independence.
Qualifications/Education:
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
- Must have a certificate from a home health aide training program consistent with state requirements with evidence of ongoing in-service education to maintain the certificate.
- Must have the maturity necessary for establishing and maintaining a good work relationship with the client, the client's family, and agency personnel.

- Artesia Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) This outpatient clinic provides primary care and specialty care health services, including cardiology, laboratory, and pathology services, social work, and rehabilitation services.
It offers a variety of services to those struggling with addiction, including dual diagnosis, adult and elderly rehabd, LGBTQ friendly rehab, military rehab, men's and women's rehab, young adult rehab, detox treatment, inpatient and outpatient rehab, aftercare support, sober living homes, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavior therapy, experiential therapy, family therapy, group therapy and trauma therapy.
This facility is dedicated to helping those in need of addiction treatment to get the help they need to recover and live a sober life.
Facility Address: 2410 W Main St, Artesia, NM 88210 RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to) Services provided shall be performed in an ambulatory care setting at the Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC).
Provider shall see patients for general medicine problems including performing the history and physical exam, making electronic progress notes, scheduling return visits, writing orders for lab and x-ray, prescribing medications, etc.
Functioning as a primary care provider, the provider shall request as indicated, consultations from specialists and subspecialists in the WTVAHCS staff.
Provider shall participate in quality management activities that pertain to his/her duties.

What you'll do:
We focus on excellent customer service, and we take pride and phenomenal care in every order we fill for our customers – and their fuzzy family members. Fulfillment Specialists perform a wide range of warehouse functions, including:
- Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations using a Forklift, etc.
- Fulfilling and coordinating orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
- Crafting accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.
- Safely and efficiently operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations.
What you'll need:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- This role requires the ability to read, write, and speak English in order to understand and follow safety procedures, interpret work instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Understand and adhere to our safety guidelines and procedures.
- Willing to be trained on PIT equipment—e.g., Movexx/Amigo, Walkie Stacker, Double Walkie Rider, etc.
Physical job requirements:
- Walk up to 2 miles per shift.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift.
- Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift.
- Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.
- Climb up and down stairs (where applicable).

Job Summary
The Overnight Housekeeper requires general housekeeping duties with an eye for details. Emptying trash, vacuuming, cleaning of restrooms, cleaning of glass/mirrors, sanitization/disinfecting, mopping and dusting are the basic duties. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and bend with constant walking for the majority of the shift. Must be able to perform under pressure and follow verbal instructions associated with cleaning in a fast-paced environment. For this position punctuality and dependability are very important as it is a 2-person crew working in a very sensitive part of the building. Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Essential Functions
- General Sanitization Procedures within venue (i.e., office spaces, conference rooms).
- Vacuuming office areas and conference rooms.
- Cleaning & Re-Stocking Restrooms.
- Trash Removal from offices and conference rooms.
- Cleaning Kitchenettes (Dishes).
- Sweeping areas as needed.
- Dusting office space and conference rooms as needed.
- Mopping specific areas as needed.
- Use 24/7 System to document completion of tasks.
- Assist with Double Header Conversion.
- Other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Leads / Operations Management.
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
- Ability to understand and follow directions and perform job functions under limited supervision.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment.
- Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements and simple grasping constantly, pushing & pulling, squeezing.
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently, kneel or crawl occasionally.
- Must be able to do repeated lifting (up to 25 pounds unassisted), bending, standing, able to extend arms, scrub, stoop, walk public areas on feet for up to 6 hours continuously. Stair climbing is also an important part of our daily activities.
- Must be able to work in a warm or cold environment.
- Must be able to work in a moderate to very loud noise environment.
- Must be able to work under pressure, in time sensitive operations, in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, every changing environment.
