The Senior Organizational Development and Training Specialist is an integral member of the Talent Development and Learning (TDL) team, contributing to initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness and drive organizational success. Chronic pain is limited to epidural steroid referrals from local physicians (no opiate management or clinic coverage). Peds is limited to bread and butter procedures (BMT, tonsils, fractures). Call is taken from home at ALL facilities. Strong TEE and regional skills are a plus and we are willing to teach. Our private practice is well established and has been serving this region of Alabama for almost 50 years.
