Job Summary:

As an Associate Product Owner for Ecommerce Shop team you are responsible for driving the product vision through execution. You will work closely with the Ecommerce Product Owner as well as internal and external customers to help drive product strategy, design, innovation and overall product direction. The Associate Product Owner is responsible for a team’s success, and supports the development effort by conveying the vision to the team, helping to prioritize work in the product backlog based on business value.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Supports the product manager and digital design team to bring the vision and experience to life

Writes user stories aligned with product vision to right-sized product backlog items

Coordinates product feedback from internal and external stakeholders to drive product release schedule

Actively participates in iteration planning, daily standups, leads demos, and participates in retrospectives

Contributes to prioritization and maintains the sprint backlog and performs just-in-time story elaboration with the implementation team

Manages stakeholder expectations and reports product status on a regular cadence

Leads and understands the backlog, backlog grooming, daily maintenance of the backlog is a primary function of this role

Responsible for monitoring product status & feedback in the marketplace

Leads and works closely with Scrum team to guide, direct, and ensure acceptance criteria is met while maintaining a focus on quality


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

Minimum 3 years of professional experience

An effective and persuasive communicator (written, verbal, presentation, e-mail, etc.),

Experience with Cart/Checkout and Order Management aspects of the ecommerce

Skilled at leading meetings and making presentations within all areas of the company Highly motivated, self-directed, driven.

Ability to juggle many competing priorities all at once, while able to effectively lead the scrum team

Proficient in gathering and writing business/functional/technical requirements

2+ yeas of project management experience

Contains business and technical savvy skills, a big picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Demonstrated success working with internal and external business groups

1+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environment, preferably in software development

Tenacious curiosity for investigating and solving technical bugs.

Responsible for identifying un-translated web content and coordinating the execution of that content to be translated.

Highly organized detail oriented

Possess positive attitude and enthusiasm


Preferred Skills/Qualifications

Certified Scrum Product Owner Experience working on consumer-facing software

Technical experience (mobile apps, websites, integrated software & hardware)

The projected hourly range for this position is $30 to $38.

We are seeking a qualified Industrial Safety Engineer to join our dynamic team in our US corporate office in Melrose Park, IL. This position is responsible for driving engineered solutions to improve the overall safety at the workplace.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with Plant Management to understand production processes and needs and desired safety metrics in order to plan health and safety engineered improvements
  • Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, and near misses to determine root causes and corrective actions that involve hazard elimination and engineering controls.
  • Conduct risk assessments on new equipment being installed and/or new plant layouts to identify risks to safety/health. Analyze and recommend engineered solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current safety training processes and documentation. Investigate and recommend improvements that will result in more behavioral compliance with safety rules.
  • Complete and maintain documentation related to accident and injuries. Maintain OSHA log and complete the annual 300A. Use data from all company USA locations’ logs and 300A’s to analyze trends and risks. Recommend strategies for improvements.
  • Create training materials for plant and Operations personnel. Create annual training calendars. Work with company’s IT department and Mecalux Group’s Barcelona office personnel to create, develop, and elaborate online training methods and online training tracking tools.
  • Aid in the implementation of ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety management systems.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required without exception.
  • Personality: Candidates must have integrity, be highly analytical, and have a strong desire to be deeply involved in the business. Candidates must be organized and methodical in their work, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt easily to change. * Analyser l’existant et réaliser les études avec l’aide du projeteur.
* Formaliser la prestation d’ingénierie (livrables, budget et délais).
* Elaborer des dossiers d’appel d’offres.
* Assister le chef de projet dans la passation des contrats de travaux.
* Piloter et coordonner les activités de conception et de réalisation avec les différents contributeurs.
* Valider la production.
* Organiser le contrôle et garantir la conformité des travaux par rapport au marché.
* Garantir l’application de la réglementation liée à la sécurité, l’hygiène et à l’environnement sur les chantiers.
* Manager le contrat de prestations d’ingénierie par le suivi des engagements (reporting, délai, coût, suivi financier, etc).
* Réaliser le planning du groupe et gérer le plan de charge.
* Coordonner les phases de mise en service, assister aux opérations préalables à la réception.
* Clore le contrat de travaux.Nous réalisons principalement les infrastructures électrique CFO dans l’ensemble des espaces RATP (métro, RER, Atelier de maintenance, etc.).Vous aurez principalement la charge d’assurer la gestion des affaires de maîtrise d’œuvre sur les différents aspects: contractuel, financier, technique, achat.

Vous serez responsable des affaires et travaillerez sur chacune d'elle en lien avec un chargé d’études et travaux dont le rôle sera d’assurer le suivi opérationnel des chantiers.Vous interviendrez dans les différentes phases du projet selon la nature de vos activités.

Vous êtes diplômé d'un bac +5 en électricité/électrotechnique et vous avez acquis une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans en électricité en CFO, en études ou travaux.

Vous présentez par ailleurs de solides connaissances en installations électriques basse tension (TGBT, dimensionnement de la distribution électrique, ASI, éclairage, etc).Idéalement vous présentez aussi les
