The Warehouse Management Specialist (WMS) is responsible for supporting production and processing with the flow of raw materials and packaging through the facility. They will do this by verifying operator documentation, controlling losses, maintaining inventory accuracy and continuous cycle counting.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Responsible for all aspects of food safety and quality, as applicable and defined in plant and department procedures.
- Verify and maintain proper inventory accuracy to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Ensure all required inventory counts are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure no material shortages or downtime occur as a result of inventory discrepancies or inaccuracy.
- Ensure all reports/tasks are completed on time and accurately.
- Compare inventories & research discrepancies between WMS and SAP
- Provide timely and accurate information on raw material losses.
- Understand material ordering process and the role/responsibility of our offsite materials warehouse.
- Review and validate milk base batching sheets, consume materials to processing batch orders.
- Validate pallets produced per production, consume materials into production order.
- Teco (confirm production orders completed/closed) and final verification of high losses for accounting purposes.
- File Management of OCS and batching sheets to provide support and assist with traceability audits.
- Assist production and warehouse in making any corrections to quantities for produced finished goods pallets.
- Perform various work investigations, solve problems, collect data and complete work assignments as needed.
- Ensure physical counts of raw materials for inventory control take place and any necessary adjustments to include STO/COGI are completed timely.
- Assist operators with all WMS issues; schedule changes to meet demands, current tasks, relocations, etc.
- Manage the inventory and disposal of obsolete materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Senior Yogurt Process Project Manager, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to leading and executing strategic capital investment and process improvement projects that enhance the design, performance, and reliability of our yogurt manufacturing operations. The role includes overseeing projects from concept through full implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, plant operational needs, and product quality expectations. Responsibilities include driving process design, managing cross-functional project teams, supporting production and quality operations, and ensuring successful commissioning of new or upgraded yogurt processing systems. Additionally, the Senior Yogurt Process Project Manager will collaborate with other Lactalis USA Corporate team members, the Lactalis Group Corporate Engineering & Equipment Department, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Plant Engineering and Operations teams to align duties with the company's goals and values.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance criteria to support strategic business goals within yogurt manufacturing and processing.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate technical constraints, operational impacts, and cost-benefit considerations.
- Partner with Key Stakeholders at Corporate and Plant level - including Production, Quality, Planning, R&D, Finance, Safety, Maintenance, and Engineering - to obtain buy-ins and to ensure that project designs meet business, operational, and regulatory expectations.
- Develop complete project packages including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment layouts, scopes of work, cost estimates, timelines, ROI, and risk assessments required for capital project justification and submittal.

The intern will performs a variety of duties in support of the Supply Chain operations. Lactalis U.S Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Processing Manager based in Casa Grande, AZ.
The Manager, Processing, will be primarily accountable for the daily management and execution of all milk-receiving and processing areas. This critical role will be responsible for achieving annual operational goals across key metrics, including safety, cost, quality, material yields, and capital projects. The Manager will provide strong guidance to optimize processing, manage daily operations, recommend manufacturing improvements, and will be specifically responsible for raw material management and the execution of the plant savings plan to enhance financial performance. Additionally, the role will include the vital responsibility of overseeing employee training and development. The role will report to the Assistant Plant Manager.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Enforce and apply all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) rules, including participation in risk assessments and coordinating root cause analysis for safety events.
- Ensure strict compliance with government standards (FDA, OSHA) and regulatory requirements (Good Manufacturing Practices, FSSC22000).
- Maintain and enforce hygiene and food safety rules, coordinate deviation root cause analysis, and ensure proper sampling and control practices are followed.
- Execute quality assurance programs to prevent product defects and direct process adjustments to maintain conformance with quality standards.
- Ensure the consolidation and reliability of the Mass Balance for accurate material accounting and monitor analytical equipment reliability.

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

- Identifies the need for standard patient teaching plans and assists with their development.
- Acts as a liaison to staff and physicians when addressing needs associated with breastfeeding.
- Contributes to the development of data tools to monitor and improve outcomes.
- Protects, promotes and supports human milk use based on evidence based information within the facility and in the community.
- Participates in performance improvement activities, including data collection and assessment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Complexity of Work:
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in collaborative environment as part of the care team.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- IBCLC certification from the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) within 6 months of hire.
- One (1) year of perinatal related experience or experience with providing lactation support in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred.

Routes begin in Burley, Idaho with delivery destinations in Seattle, WA; Tukwila, WA; Portland, OR; and Boise, ID. This account operates seven days a week with a weekly 34-hour home time reset.
