Sanitation Superintendent

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: This superintendent will ensure entire plant is thoroughly cleaned on time and approved by USDA for production operations. This position is responsible for plant-wide cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Manage activities of workers engaged in sanitation duties in plant facility.
- Ensure job is completed correctly and timely.
- Maintain hourly personnel records on employees.
- Ensure the safe operation of the sanitation shift.
- Carry out manager's responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Maintain communication link between plant and USDA in regards to sanitation issues.
- Maintain communication link between plant and chemical suppliers.
- Ensure that all sanitation employees follow established cleaning procedures as required by Pilgrim's Pride and the appropriate regulatory agencies.
- Inventory and usage of sanitation related products.
- Manage sanitation budget.

What You'll Need:
Must have previous management experience in a food or poultry processing facility. Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of DIRECTLY RELATED experience. DIRECTLY RELATED work experience will be accepted on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the educational requirement.

Summary
The Inventory and Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for managing all SOP-based, inventory and order fulfillment processes and procedures in compliance with state regulations to enable accurate packaging and fulfillment of orders for scheduled deliveries and sale. This individual will supervise and oversee the performance of the Order Fulfillment Technicians. This position reports to the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager. The successful candidate will possess a strong ability for accuracy and organization, persistent attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
With managerial oversight, drives and supervises the daily activities of the Inventory & Fulfillment team to deliver with consistent accuracy and quality presentation for all approved sales orders
Provides guidance and training to execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures
Maintains a clean, safe environment in the companys inventory and fulfillment work areas
Follows all company guidelines for biosecurity, cleanliness and workplace safety within the facility
Maintains pack and pull efficiency with the team to meet goals and delivery deadlines
Assists Inventory and Fulfillment Manager with cycle counts for the vault, entering new skus and auditing Leaflink wholesale software
Promptly identifies, investigates, documents and corrects any discrepancies as they may arise and immediately reports unsolved issues to the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager
Maintains accurate product identification and units available for sale within the electronic tracking system(s)
Additional tasks as assigned by either the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager or Senior Production Manager
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in the cannabis industry and management experience required
Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, warehousing and/or data entry preferred.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to process payroll across multiple entities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations while partnering closely with HR, Accounting, and external providers.
The ideal candidate thrives in a multi-entity environment and brings strong knowledge of payroll compliance, multi-state regulations, and payroll systems such as ADP Run.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple entities on a biweekly basis
- Ensure accurate calculation of regular wages, overtime (daily and weekly), double time, bonuses, commissions, and reimbursements
- Manage payroll tax registrations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Review and audit timecards for accuracy and compliance with wage & hour laws
- Process off-cycle payrolls, final paychecks, and termination payments in accordance with applicable state laws
- Coordinate benefit deductions, garnishments, 401(k) contributions, and other payroll-related adjustments
- Serve as primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries
