Title: Research Technician - Entomology

JOB DECSRIPTION

• The general requirements for this role are quite specific: candidates should not have allergies to insects, must be comfortable lifting cases of tobacco, and should have no issues working directly with insects.
• Experience using a microscope to count insect eggs is essential, and it’s important that the candidate is comfortable working with cigarettes.
• To make this opportunity even more valuable, we could consider enhancing the role by incorporating partial responsibilities from other areas within the CRT, such as the analytical lab, microlab, and greenhouse.
• By adding these additional requirements, the contractor would gain flexibility, allowing them to assist in other areas on days when entomology lab work is lighter.

Summary

The Inventory and Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for managing all SOP-based, inventory and order fulfillment processes and procedures in compliance with state regulations to enable accurate packaging and fulfillment of orders for scheduled deliveries and sale. This individual will supervise and oversee the performance of the Order Fulfillment Technicians. This position reports to the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager. The successful candidate will possess a strong ability for accuracy and organization, persistent attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

With managerial oversight, drives and supervises the daily activities of the Inventory & Fulfillment team to deliver with consistent accuracy and quality presentation for all approved sales orders

Provides guidance and training to execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures

Maintains a clean, safe environment in the companys inventory and fulfillment work areas

Follows all company guidelines for biosecurity, cleanliness and workplace safety within the facility

Maintains pack and pull efficiency with the team to meet goals and delivery deadlines

Assists Inventory and Fulfillment Manager with cycle counts for the vault, entering new skus and auditing Leaflink wholesale software

Promptly identifies, investigates, documents and corrects any discrepancies as they may arise and immediately reports unsolved issues to the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager

Maintains accurate product identification and units available for sale within the electronic tracking system(s)

Additional tasks as assigned by either the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager or Senior Production Manager

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Must be 21 years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in the cannabis industry and management experience required

Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, warehousing and/or data entry preferred.

The position will be reporting to the Director Maintenance, will complete installations, perform maintenance and repair of video management systems, with a focus on video surveillance technologies.

• All necessary travel, primarily within the state of New Jersey.
• Installation of cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVR), Digital Video Recorders (DVR), related software, and any other related peripherals.
• Travel for offsite hardware, software, network, and video support.

Production Technician - PRINT SERVICES

Work Location - Hercules, CA

Shift - 6 AM to 4.30 PM Monday to Thursdays

Pay - $25/hour to $28/hour

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual with a strong mechanical aptitude. In this role, the ideal candidate will produce high-quality printed materials by studying job specifications, setting up, operating, adjusting and controlling all aspects of the print job to final finishing. Prior experience operating a printing press is required.

• Ability to follow work instructions and production job tickets to produce quality and accurate work.
• Execute booklet binding and coil binding. Produce various folds such as pharmaceutical folds, double parallel folds and half folds.
• Execute cutting, padding, lamination and shrink wrap as necessary.
• Ensures proper balancing and prioritization of workflow to optimize utilization of resources to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure that work is produced accurately to the specifications provided by the production job ticket.
• Verifies print quality of output to ensure required customer standards are met. Verifies the output format to ensure alignment with established procedures.
• Assures compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.
• Make recommendations to management for any areas that may need improvement.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the digital print industry.
• Knowledge of print specifications for sheet fed and digital production processes.
• Knowledge of Press Operator and Finishing Operator functions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to process payroll across multiple entities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations while partnering closely with HR, Accounting, and external providers.

The ideal candidate thrives in a multi-entity environment and brings strong knowledge of payroll compliance, multi-state regulations, and payroll systems such as ADP Run.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple entities on a biweekly basis
• Ensure accurate calculation of regular wages, overtime (daily and weekly), double time, bonuses, commissions, and reimbursements
• Manage payroll tax registrations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Review and audit timecards for accuracy and compliance with wage & hour laws
• Process off-cycle payrolls, final paychecks, and termination payments in accordance with applicable state laws
• Coordinate benefit deductions, garnishments, 401(k) contributions, and other payroll-related adjustments
• Serve as primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries
• Prepare payroll summaries and labor reports for leadership
• Support year-end processes including W-2s, 1099s, and audits
• Maintain payroll records with strict confidentiality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience
• Experience processing payroll for multiple entities and multi-state employees
