POSITION OVERVIEW:
Franchise Contracts & Compliance Manager - will partner closely with senior legal leadership and cross-functional teams to support franchising operations, contract management, compliance, and risk management initiatives. This role serves as a key bridge between legal strategy and day-to-day business operations, helping translate legal requirements into practical solutions that support responsible growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support franchise transactions, including refranchising activity, buybacks, and new business initiatives

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
