Responsibilities:

The Lead Caregiver (Assistant Care Coordinator) will play a key role in the success of the
organization through their 5 Major Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Start new client cases
β€’ Work the first three shifts with all new clients in assigned region
β€’ Provide feedback to Care Coordinators with care plans
β€’ Train and introduce MCPs for the ongoing team
2. Cover MCP callouts
β€’ Train on all cases in region(s)
β€’ Cover all short-notice call-outs during assigned schedule
3. Train and coach MCPs on client cases
β€’ Assist Care Coordinators with care plan meetings for MCPs as needed
β€’ Introduce all MCPs to clients on their first shift
β€’ Assess MCP readiness and work the shift for MCP if necessary
4. Tasks to support Care Management
β€’ Tasks may include buying groceries and picking up prescriptions for clients
5. Office Shifts: ACCs must be in the office at the start of scheduled office shifts when not
working with a client. List of tasks and duties to be completed while on office shifts.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience
  • Dementia care experience required
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Valid Driver’s License and vehicle with current registration and insurance
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to and from work
  • Driving Expectations: Must be able to drive throughout the Bay Area and help in
    emergencies (mileage will be reimbursable).
  • Regions: South Bay and San Francisco other Bay Area counties are not exempt and
    will be required for travel in case of emergencies.

Define item masters, bill of materials and routers by conducting white board exercises communicating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Applications on issues relating to JD Edwards. This includes supporting manufacturing processes by developing cross segment edits (application rules), formulas, conditions, targeting (item cost and suggested list prices), tables and routers inan accurateandtimelymanner.

Create Sales Configurators for entry of product into JD Edwards and the CAP (Configure Apply Price) Tool.
