The mission for the Lead Caregiver position is to improve the overall quality of care that Tender Rose provides to our clients living with dementia. They raise the quality of care on new and existing client cases by training on all client cases in their region and providing skilled coverage for all short-notice shifts; being the first staff member to work with new clients and helping to train ongoing Memory Care Professionals (MCPs) for new cases; and supporting our Care Coordinators with care management tasks.

The Lead Caregiver (Assistant Care Coordinator) will play a key role in the success of the
organization through their 5 Major Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Start new client cases
• Work the first three shifts with all new clients in assigned region
• Provide feedback to Care Coordinators with care plans
• Train and introduce MCPs for the ongoing team
2. Cover MCP callouts
• Train on all cases in region(s)
• Cover all short-notice call-outs during assigned schedule
3. Train and coach MCPs on client cases
• Assist Care Coordinators with care plan meetings for MCPs as needed
• Introduce all MCPs to clients on their first shift
• Assess MCP readiness and work the shift for MCP if necessary
4. Tasks to support Care Management
• Tasks may include buying groceries and picking up prescriptions for clients
5. Office Shifts: ACCs must be in the office at the start of scheduled office shifts when not
working with a client. List of tasks and duties to be completed while on office shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience
• Dementia care experience required
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle with current registration and insurance
• Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to and from work
• Driving Expectations: Must be able to drive throughout the Bay Area and help in

The Striper / Lot Marker is responsible for applying pavement markings such as lines, symbols, directional arrows, and signage in parking lots, roadways, and other surfaces. This role involves working with striping machines, stencils, paint, and thermoplastic materials to ensure accurate and professional results that meet safety and regulatory standards.

This position is responsible for supporting the design, order entry and manufacturability of products through the system by creation and maintenance of manufacturing configurators, bill of materials and pricing rules. • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, construction management, or related field
• 5+ years of project controls experience in electrical or heavy construction
• Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, and cost control

• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements

General Summary

This position is responsible for providing support to the Purchasing Team relating to purchase order accuracy and issue resolution

Essential Job Functions

1. Verify pricing, quantity, item description, color and sheen on order confirmations, purchase orders and sales order with great attention to detail.
2. Update orders in software to include request dates, promise dates, pricing and order status.
3. Interface with other departmental team members to solve problems that cross departments.
4. Perform extensive and accurate data entry using Excel and ERP software (JD Edwards).
5. Provide support to and receive project assignments from Purchasing Team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional data entry accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain compliance with internal financial policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience processing invoices within an ERP system and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and analyze high-volume invoices with speed and accuracy.
• Process various Accounts Payable voucher types within the financial system.
• Verify that purchase order amounts correspond with invoice amounts and identify discrepancies.
• Review invoice coding and ensure approvals adhere to the Commitment Authority Policy (CAP).

We are looking for a dedicated Service/Installation technician with Construction Experience, to join our Electronic Systems Division. Our technician position will be responsible for the completion of assigned tasks in our construction projects division as well as our day-to-day service operations. This position will focus on our existing customer base, general contractor base, and electrical contractor base to provide excellent customer service and overall satisfaction. Our goals for this position will be to maintain control of the installation schedules, cost structure of the work, quality of the work performed, and most importantly the satisfaction of our customer base. This position will report directly to the department Operations Manager but also communicate with the department coordinators, other field technical team members, and other aspects of our organization. Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of electronic systems experience in the industry with preference to fire alarm equipment and systems
• Ability to work on various types of equipment to include but not limited to; Edwards, Honeywell, Notifier, Silent Knight, FireLite. Edwards certifications preferred but not required
• Outstanding verbal, written, and listening skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a group environment as well as independently to achieve the goals set forth by the organization
• NICET Level II preferred but not required
• Organized, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently
• Ability to travel within our geographical area without any restraints
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints of the business needs
