Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepares and drafts legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence
• Drafts pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
• Corresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
• Interviews witnesses for court cases and prepares witnesses to testify
• Shall ensure the accuracy of all documents prepared
• Shall promptly appear in court on all cases assigned
• Shall handle all aspects of cases assigned to them
• Performs administrative duties as necessary, including filing, mailing, organizing files and pleadings
• Conducts legal research for particular issues

Qualifications

Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:

• J.D
• Indiana license required
• Family law experience is preferred but not required
• Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience

SUMMARY

Supervises and coordinates activities of expediting flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments of industrial plant, and of Production Planners engaged in scheduling production operations by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a positive attitude, be a team player and exhibit high integrity at all times
• Maintains the MRP process
• Builds and maintains plant master schedule.
• Schedules and orders all incoming materials for production use.
• Evaluates written data such as job orders, product specifications, operations sheets, parts and materials inventory lists, machine rates, and worker production rates to establish efficient allocation and scheduling of parts, materials, machines, and sequences of operations and workflow.
• Confers with production personnel to resolve problems affecting production schedules
• Issues written and oral instructions
• Maintains effective customer relations
• Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates
• Adjusts errors and complaints
• Establishes and maintains inventory control
• Maintains housekeeping in work area
• Strives for continuous improvement in all areas of material management
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance in accordance with our attendance policy

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four- year college or university

Five (5) to seven (7) years experience in the automotive manufacturing industry

Experience managing MRP and the materials process from cradle to grave in an manufacturing environment.

APICS Certification preferred

Experience with Customer portals (Honda, Toyota, etc.)

Fort Wayne UNITED, about was formed in 2016 as a mayoral initiative with a focus on the following:

• Enhancing opportunities through increased youth advocacy for the most vulnerable citizens in Fort Waye
• Creating a safer city for those citizens most impacted by violent crime
• Education and empowering city leaders
• Decreasing violence and increasing hope in specific neighborhoods

In 2025 the organization became a 501(c)(3), formed a Board of Directors and focused on three pillars: Youth Advancement, Ten Point Coalition, and Unified Front which collectively, through various programs, proactive strategies, and educational events, live out the mission to "Advocate for and implement initiatives to ensure opportunities in our community to unite."

The role:

As Program Manager you will report to the Chair of the Board of Directors and will work very closely with the entire Board of Directors, which is a working Board, and all members are very involved in the organization.

You will:

• Work remotely, but must live in the Fort Wayne, IN area
• Lead, measure, and find continuing resources for the current programs including: Ten Point Coalition, LIVE Session, Friday Tie Day, and Late Night Basketball
• Provide staff support to these programs, including being on-site for some of the programs
• Create and help fund new programs, in partnership with the Board and the Program Committee
• Be an integral part of a nonprofit that is in a building phase as a newly formed 501(c)(3)
• Interact with the program participants as well as meet with funders
