MedOpta is seeking a dynamic clinical professional (RN, LPN, Therapist, Tech, or similar) to serve as a Clinical Sales & Education Specialist across Florida. This 1099 role blends hands-on clinical training with full-cycle medical device sales, including cold calling, product promotion, facility walkthroughs, and light equipment installation.
You will train hospital staff on multiple products MedOpta supports through direct manufacturer contracts, while also selling select product lines you are trained on.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Education & Training
• Conduct on-site product trainings and in-services for nurses, technicians, therapists, and physicians
• Demonstrate proper device setup, use, and best practices

• Tailor education to each facility’s workflow and clinical needs
• Serve as a clinical and technical resource for assigned accounts
Sales & Territory Growth
• Perform full-cycle sales activities: cold calling, prospecting, demos, follow-up, and closing

Qualifications

Our Radiology Technologist-to-CT Technologist Training Program is a 10-week training program sponsored entirely by HCA. Essential Functions
- Overseas and facilitates the Skilled Trades training initiatives and ensures quality training is conducted within their designated trade expertise.
- Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information useful to training facility and integrates information into training programs.

- Architectural License in the United States (or eligibility for reciprocity) required, or other related discipline certification or license

- Knowledge of Deltek for project planning/budgeting/profitability is preferred but will train

Tampa Bay's #1 Real Estate Team is seeking a high-energy, highly experienced real estate professional to step into a key leadership role as our Director of Training.
This is not a back-office training position. This is a front-of-the-room leadership role. You will be the go-to authority for our agents — leading company-wide trainings, sharpening skills across the organization, and serving as a trusted resource when deals get complicated.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead Company-Wide Training
- Conduct engaging, high-impact training sessions for agents at all experience levels
- Deliver practical, real-world content agents can apply immediately
- Identify skill gaps and proactively design training to address them
- Keep agents sharp on contracts, negotiations, compliance, scripts, and market strategy
Own Our Learning Management System
- Build, update, and organize content within our internal LMS
- Manage structured learning paths for new and experienced agents
- Continuously improve and modernize training materials
- Ensure resources are easy to access and aligned with company standards
Be the Go-To Problem Solver
- Take 'got-a-minute?' calls, texts, and sit-downs from agents navigating contract questions, negotiation strategy, difficult clients, ethical concerns, and deal emergencies
- Provide calm, decisive guidance in high-pressure situations
- Act as a trusted advisor and steady presence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years as a licensed residential real estate agent
- 50+ closed transactions (minimum)
- Deep knowledge of contracts, negotiations, listing strategy, buyer representation, and compliance
- Comfortable leading large groups and commanding a room
- Vocal, energetic, and confident communicator
- Highly responsive and approachable
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with systems/technology
- A genuine desire to see other agents succeed
